Insert Cam Bolt until snug 2. Set boards together 3. Insert Cam Lock 4. Turn Cam Lock clockwise (half a turn) Do not overtighten Note arrow direction If it won t turn halfway, back out the Cam Bolt ½ turn and try Cam Lock again. 5 Step 3 Insert four Cam Bolts (1) into the holes of the Base (E) and Lower Back (F). Use Cam Bolts and Cam Locks (2) to secure the Lower Back (F) to the Base (E) and the Large Fixed Shelf (G). Step 4 Fit the plug and cord of the Outlet (14) through the square hole of the Upper Back (H). 6 Step 5 Insert two Cam Bolts (1) into the holes of the Large Fixed Shelf (G). Use Cam Bolts and Cam Locks (2) to secure the Upper Back (H) to the Large Fixed Shelf (G) Step 6 Insert two Cam Bolts (1) into the holes of the Large Fixed Shelf (G). 7 Step 7 Insert eleven Cam Bolts (1) and one Dowel (3) into the holes of the Left Side (C). Use Cam Bolts and Cam Locks (2) to secure the Left Side (C) to the assembly Step 8 Insert eleven Cam Bolts (1) and one Dowel (3) into the holes of the Right Side (D). 8 Step 9 Use eight Short Screws (6) to attach the Locking Wheels (4) to the front of the Base (E) as shown. Use eight Short Screws (6) to attach the Wheels (5) to the Base (E) as shown. Step 10 Insert four Cam Bolts (1) into the holes of the Large Top (A). 9 Step 11 Use twelve Short Screws (6) to attach the two Hinges (16) to the Small Top (B) and Upper Back (H) as shown. 10 Step 12 a. Use four Drawer Screws (10) to attach the Small Drawer Left Side (L) and the Small Drawer Right Side (M) to the Drawer Front (K). b. Use one Handle Screw (9) to attach the Knob (8) to the Drawer Front (K). Slide the Small Drawer Bottom (N) in the slots of the Small Drawer Sides and Front. c. 13 Step 16 a. Use two Handle Screws (9) to attach the Handle (7) to the File Drawer Front (T). Slide the File Drawer Bottom (W) to the slots of the File Drawer Sides and Front. b. Use four Screws (10) to attach the File Drawer Back (X) to the File Drawer Sides. c. Use six Short Screws (6) to attach the Inner Drawer Slides (12) to the File Drawer Sides. d. 14 Step 17 Insert two Aluminum Rails (17) into the slots of the File Drawer Front and Back. Use inner slots for letter-size hanging folders Use outer slots for legal-size hanging folders 17 2 Step 18 Insert the drawers into the cabinet. Press six Covers (18) onto Cam Locks.
