3 Unpacking the shipment Cut the safety straps, remove protective material and unbox mounting parts (check list page 02) and legs. 03

4 Preparations for mounting the legs Lift the seat and place two boxes, pallets or equivalent items under each side (requires two persons). The bench must be raised minimum 350mm. Raise min. 350mm Raise min. 350mm 04

5 Legs mounting, step 1 Slide leg into corner of bench plate, making sure holes in flange and bench are aligened. 05

6 Legs mounting, step 2 After fitting the first leg, make sure to angle the next leg a bit before sliding into the corner. 06

7 Legs mounting, step 3 Once the next leg is fitted into corner of bench plate, angle it towards opposite leg, and make sure square flanges are parallel. Square flanges 07

8 Legs mounting, step 4 Use allen key (size 5) to mount 5 x M6x10mm bolts at each corner as shown in right figure. The bolts are placed in a box, which is included in the shipment. NB - do not fully tighten these bolts until after seat assembly is joined with table assembly, see page

9 Mount joint cover tubing, step 1 Turn one leg aside to make room for fitting joint cover tubing. Slide tubing over the assembly plate. Make sure the hole in joint cover tubing points towards center of table. Joint cover tubing Assembly plate 09

10 Mount joint cover tubing, step 2 Once fitted over the assembly plate, turn opposite leg back towards middle, and make sure leg tubing fits closely to joint cover tubing. 10

11 Mount joint cover tubing, step 3 Below figures show correct position of assembly plates. Joint shown with joint cover tubing in place. M8 thread Ø12mm hole Assembly plate with M8 thread must point outwards. Assembly plate with Ø12mm hole must point in towards center of table. 11

12 Mount joint cover tubing, step 4 Screw the two M8x20mm bolts into the joints. NB - do not fully tighten these bolts until after seat assembly is joined with table assembly, see page

13 Position seat assembly with legs onto table Lift and place seat assembly on top table assembly frame (requires two persons), and make sure holes in leg tube flanges align with holes in table frame. 13

14 Mount legs to table with bolts Use the attached M6x30mm bolts to assemble legs and table. Tighten bolts gently using allen key (size 5). 14

15 Tighten BOLTS Use allen key (size 6) to tighten the two M8 assembly plate bolts (seen on page 12). Use allen key (size 5) to tighten the 5 pcs M6x10mm bolts at each seat corner (seen on page 8). * * * * * 15

16 Install round and elongated discs, step 1 Turn over the assembled table (requires two persons). Place a Ø50mm tubing bit under each circular disc. Elongated discs are fitted directly into table plate. 16

17 Install round and elongated discs, step 2 Fastening the round and elongated discs: Mount the 4 pcs M10 bolts with M10 nuts through tubing in each corner under the bench plate. Mount the 4 pcs M10 bolts with M10 nuts through tubing under the table plate. (not illustrated, but same principle). Mount M10 bolt using allen key (size 8) Fasten M10 nut using wrench size 17 17

18 Cleaning and maintenance Clean the laminate surfaces using pure hot water and soft sponge. Do not use the abrasive green side of sponges. If stains cannot be removed as described in step 1, common household cleaners without abbrasives eg. dish detergent, window cleaner may be used. 18
