3 Step 1: Begin laying out frame components on floor so that all extrusions have their labels "exterior" facing up. The (4) vertical extrusions will be labeled "top" and "bottom", which need to match with the top and bottom extrusions. Top and bottom extrusions have a label "inside", which need to face each other as shown in Figure 1. Step 2: Thread (2) M12 x 30mm Sockethead Bolts into each end of extrusions C, D, E and F. Slide extrusions C and D into top and bottom extrusions from each end. Then slide extrusions E and F into top and bottom extrusions from each end. See Figure 1. Step 3: Insert 8mm allen wrench provided through holes in top and bottom extrusions to tighten the ends of extrusions C, D, E and F. See Figure 1. Step 4: Insert M10 x 50mm bolt through hole in bottom rail as shown in Figure 2. Fasten with M10 washer and M10 nut. Repeat for opposite side. See Figure 2. Step 5: Insert (4) M8 x 65mm bolts through holes of entry leg as shown in Figure 3. Partially thread (2 turns) (1) T-Block on the end of each bolt. Be sure T-blocks are facing top to bottom. Repeat for remainging entry leg. See Figure 3. 4 Step 6: Move entry legs to the bottom of each end of framing assembled in Step 1. Slide entry legs into extrusion slots until flush. Stand framing assembly upright being sure the bottom extrusion is on the ground. Once in place, tighten bolts with 6mm allen wrench provided. Once bolts are snug, tighten one more revolution. DO NOT over tighten. Repeat for opposite side. See Figure 4. Step 7: Using as many people as needed, insert entry door into opening from exterior side of frame. The entry door is very heavy, to prevent injury use as many people as it takes to safely move the door into place and hold it until secured. See Figure 5. Step 8: While entry door is held in place, use included door shims on interior side to make surrounding gaps consistant. Insert included #10 x 2.5" PH wood screws through pre drilled holes in extrusions C and D to fasten door securely. See Figure 6. Use ladder as needed through rest of assembly. Step 9: With door secured, follow manufacturer door installation guides to set door properly. 5 Step 10: Remove velcro liner from back side of door trim. Line bottom of door trim up with bottom of interior side of door. Press firmly to adhere door trim to extrusion. Repeat for opposite side. See Figure 7. Step 11: Carefully unpack the prefolded column panels. DO NOT unfold the column panels. Unfolding and refolding the column panels will cause them to break. See Figure 8. Step 12: Keeping it's shape, lift column panel up over entry leg, slide column over framing then carefully lower column until it rests on entry leg. See Figure 9. Step 13: Fasten column to framing using (8) 5mm x 16mm socket head cap bolts. Repeat steps 12 and 13 for remaining column. See Figure 9. Step 14: Place bottom of graphic frame onto the M10 x 50mm bolt from step 2. Move top of graphic frame towards display.

Frame is now secure and will spin freely. Repeat for remaining graphic frame. See Figure 10.

Keep the graphic flush to the bottom. Starting at the upper or lower corner, flex the graphic into the other channel. Continue the length of the channel.

6 Step 14: Place bottom of graphic frame onto the M10 x 50mm bolt from step 2. Move top of graphic frame towards display. With top of graphic frame inside frame, insert a M10 x 75mm socket head cap bolt down through top of frame and into top of graphic frame. Frame is now secure and will spin freely. Repeat for remaining graphic frame. See Figure 10. Step 15: Have one person hold the frame steady while the other person inserts one side of the graphic fully into one of the channels of the new frame assembly. Keep the graphic flush to the bottom. Starting at the upper or lower corner, flex the graphic into the other channel. Continue the length of the channel. The graphic will appear curved upon completion. Repeat using the remaining (3) graphics. 7 Step 16: Remove liner from bottom of canopy. Fold edges up until they meet each other. See Figure 11. Step 17: Remove tape liner from both sides and bottom of canopy corner block. Secure corner bracket to the inside of each canopy corner being sure the edges meet smoothly. See Figure 12. Step 18: Place canopy on top of frame assembly. Attach canopy to top of frame using (4) M5 x 16mm socket head cap bolts with (4) M5 fender washers. See Figure 13. Step 19: Insert lite lenses into canopy cut outs being sure textured side is facing down. Repeat steps for remaining canopy. See Figure 13. 8 Step 20: Remove tape liner from one side and bottom of canopy corner block. Secure corner block evenly on the inside edge of each canopy where they meet being sure the edges meet smoothly. See Figure 14. Step 21: Attach header brackets to bottom of header by firmly pressing into place. See Figure 15. Step 22: Remove liner from tape on header brackets. Step 23: Center header on top of canopy and press firmly to attach. See Figure 16. Display structure can be cleaned using a cotton cloth and mild cleaner.
