2 1. Place cushion on top of the bench, so the black Coalesse tag is in the right rear corner of the bench. 2. From inside the bench, insert the bolt up through the bench top and thread into the cushion. (You may need to lift the cushion slightly to ensure mounting holes are aligned with the bolts.) Do not tighten until all bolts have been installed. Tighten to 30 in-lbs. 1 COALESSE TAG 2 LOCATION 2 2 Page 2 of Rev A

3 Exponents Lectern Relocatable Power Tap (RPT) Unit 1. Remove the back panel from the lectern by pulling up and then out. 2. Open the lid on top of the lectern (2a). Detach hinges by pushing down on the release lever (2b) and lift off lid. 1 2a 2b RELEASE LEVER Page 1 of Rev A

4 3. Slide the RPT mounting bolts toward the center of the unit (3a) and then drop the RPT unit and cord into the hole (3b). 4. Slide the RPT mounting bolts outward (4a) and then tighten them against the wood panel until the unit is held securely in place (4b). 5. Engage each hinge into the mounting plate. Press tail of hinge firmly until the release lever clicks. 6. Route the cord down to the bottom of the lectern and through the designated wire routing. 7. With the cord routed out the side of the lectern, reinstall the back panel by reversing step 1. NOTE: Make sure not to pinch the cord. 3b 4b 4a 4a 4b 5 RELEASE LEVER WILL MAKE A "CLICK" SOUND WHEN INSTALLED. 3a 6 Page 2 of Rev A

5 Exponents Moby Relocatable Power Tap (RPT) Unit 1. Loosen the thumb screws on the RPT so there is roughly 1" between the screws and the mounting bracket. This will allow the RPT mounting bracket to slide over the shelf. 2. Pull the box and file drawers out until they stop. Press down on the lock catch on each side of drawer and pull out on each drawer as shown. Shown without doors for clarity. APPROX. 1" 1 2 Page 1 of Rev A

6 3. Insert the RPT mounting bracket and cord through the cutout in the back of the shelf (3a). Slide the RPT unit to either side of the cabinet (3b). 4. Route the cord down the back of the unit and out the cutout in the bottom panel. 5. Tighten the RPT thumb screws until the unit is held securely in place. 6. 8 1. Place the bench on its back on a protected surface. 2. Install mounting brackets using the supplied hardware and tighten to 100 in-lbs. 3. Flip bench upright and place it in the desired orientation. 4. Orient the bench bridge so the slots in the bottom are aligned with the mounting brackets. 5. Slide the bench bridge down onto the mounting brackets until the bottom of the bench and the bridge are aligned Page 2 of Rev A

10 1. Place the bench bridge on its side, on a protected surface. 2. Slide the RPT mounting bolts toward the center of the unit (2a) and then drop the RPT unit and cord into the hole (2b). 3. Locate the circular hole on the bottom of the bench bridge and pull the cord through it. 4. Reach into the circular hole and follow the cord until you feel the RPT. 5. Locate the mounting bolts and slide them outward (5a) and then tighten them against the wood panel until the unit is held securely in place (5b). 2b 2a b 5a 5a 5b Page 2 of Rev A

11 Exponents Cart/Moby Casters Installed Cart Moby 1. Place the unit on its back, on a protected surface. 2. Locate the two (2) locking casters. Place these casters on the same end of the cart that has the handle. 3. Locate the remaining two (2) non-locking casters on the opposite end of the unit. 4. 12 Exponents Cart Relocatable Power Tap (RPT) Unit 1. Loosen the thumb screws on the RPT so there is roughly 1" between the screws and the mounting bracket. This will allow the RPT mounting bracket to slide over the shelf. 2. Remove the adjustable shelf from the Cart. APPROX. 1" 2 1 Shown without doors for clarity. Page 1 of Rev A

13 3. Slide the RPT onto the back edge of the shelf, in the designated routed location. 4. Tighten the RPT thumb screws until the unit is held securely in place. 5. Install the shelf back into the Cart (5a) and route the RPT cord through the routing in the corner of the shelf and out the cutout in the bottom of the Cart (5b).
