7 1 Repeat all Steps on this page x Firstly attach four of the 50mm Spacers using the M3x8mm Socket Head Cap Scews as shown here. 3 Place the second Landing Gear Plate on top and secure with four more screws. Do not tighten leave them loose. x x x Now bend your Landing Gear Brace Plate to fit the slots in your Landing Gear Plate. Now attach one more of the Spacers as shown here. Repeat all Steps on this page x x 7

8 5 Repeat all Steps on this page x 7 Center the Skids and snap in place. If easier slide skids into place to fit the skid foot. x Use M3mm Socket Head Screws to secure the Bottom Spacer and the Landing Gear Twin Skid Foot Clip as shown here. x 6 Fit your Twin Skid End Caps to the Landing Gear Skids. x slide skids into place if easier x 8

9 8 Now attach your Landing Gear Bracket using the M3mm Socket head Cap Screws as shown below. 9 Now attach your second half of the Landing Gear as per step 8. x3 x6 x3 x6 9

10 10 Attach your Mounting Plate using the Mmm Socket Head Cap Screws and Locking Washers. Ensure that the Rivnuts are protruding upwards. See image at bottom of the page. 11 For the meantime you can sit the Spacers on the Rivnuts. You will need them later to attach your Landing Gear to the Core. x x x 10

11 1 Repeat the Steps on this page on both sides of the Landing Gear Fit the Rubber Battery Vibration Dampeners to your Landing Gear Plates and clip on the Battery Strap Keeper as shown below. 13 Attach the Battery Straps, feed the Strap behind both alloy spaces and through the Battery Strap Keeper and your Landing Gear should now look like this: NOTE: You may like to glue the rubbers in place x x 11

13 1 Begin by fixing your Outer Housing Spacers to your Landing Gear Plates using M3x8mm Socket Head Cap Screws and 1mm Washers. Note: only put the Outer Housing Spacers in that are shown in the picture below. X 3 Attach the Male Quick Release Clip to the Retract Shoulder Bracket using M3x8mm Socket Head Cap Screws and 3mm Aluminium low profile Nuts and 1mm Washers. X10 NOTE: Nuts and Washers go on the outside X X5 X Attach the Twin Skid Foot Clip using M3x8mm Socket Head Cap Screws and Outer Housing Spacer. X10 Attach the Retract Shoulder and male Clip to your Landing Gear using M3x8mm Socket Head Cap Screws, Outer Housing Spacers and 1mm Washers.. X X 13

14 5 Center the Landing Gear Skids and snap into place. Push on End Caps. Repeat steps 1- for your second set of Landing Gear. 1

15 1 To assemble the Gear Rail Assembly follow steps below Fit the four Rubber Grommets to Aluminium Gear Rail Brackets as shown. 3 Push the Gear Rail Tubes through the Grommets of the Camera Mounting Bracket then push the Gear Rail Brackets on to the ends of the Gear Rail Tubes. x Tech Tip: Dishwashing liquid helps Gear Rail Tubes slide through O-rings x x Fit the remaining four Rubber Grommets to the Camera Mounting Bracket. x You can now attach your Gear Rail Dogbone Brackets as shown here. x x 15

16 5 Repeat Step x Now fit your Vibration Dampeners into the housing by pushing part of the rubber flange of the dampener into the hole and gently pull through. (you may use a ball end hex key or other blunt tool to push through from underneath; take care not to twist) 7 Repeat Step x Position your housing into the Gear Rail Bracket as shown here. To fit the vibration dampeners through the corresponding holes of the Gear Rail Bracket push half of the rubber flange through then pull out from the top. X 8 6 Repeat Step x Please note that one of the housings has the locking tab facing the open side of the bracket the other one has it facing the closed side.the open side is the front of the craft. Using the Mx30mm Aluminium and the M Nyloc Nut install your locking tab as shown in the picture below. Front Back 16

17 9 Repeat Step x 11 Place the Locking Washer onto the M3x5mm Socket Head Cap Screw. Hold the Spacer in the space provided and tighten the screw until firm. You will notice four free stainless steel bolts on your Core. These bolt into your Brackets pointed out below (circles). 10 x x x Make sure your Locking Tabs both face the front while you slide them together like this. Turn the Locking Tabs down to secure your Gear Rail Assembly and check these before each flight. Front of craft 17

18 1 You are now ready to attach your Gear Rail Assembly to the Camera Gimble using M3x8mm Socket Head Cap Screws. NOTE: No nuts are required as the camera gimble housing is threaded. x 18

19 1 To attach the Landing Gear to your SkyJib V1 Core follow steps below Firstly remove the center plate Hubs and fold the Crash Cage arches down to the booms. Remove Universal Flight Controller Adaptor Plate. Remove previous Landing Gear and Gear Rail assemblies. Remove Nuts from the bolts in the inner boom Clamps leaving the bolts in place. 3 Place Mmm washers on all inner boom clamp bolts. x8 Remove indicated bolts below and put back in upside down. Put the Landing Gear Adaptor Plate in place with the notch to the front and fasten by replacing the nuts on the inner boom clamp bolts. 19

20 5 Fix your Gear Rail Main Housing in place using the bolts indicated below. 7 Place the M6 Nylon Spacers over the rivnuts. You will need long-nose pliers to reach the indicated area. x 8 6 Repeat step 5 for the second Gear Rail Housing. Make sure both Locking Tabs face to the front. Fix the assembled Landing Gear in place using M Socket Head Cap Screws and M Locking Washers. (for Retractable Landing Gear go to next page) x x 0

21 1 Green circles indicate where to attach your Retract Main Housing to the Core of your Craft. You can now clip your Landing Gear onto your main housing as shown here. Place the Retract Main Housing onto the Core of your Craft, making sure the Servo is to the rear. Attach using Mmm Socket Head Cap Screws and M Locking Washers. 3 Repeat step for the second leg. 22 9 Attach your Gear Rail Assembly and your setup should now look like this.

24 1 The Battery Mounting Plate attaches to the Core of your Craft using the existing Mx35mm SS screws. 3 Place the Battery Mounting Plate aligning the corresponding holes. First undo the screws that attach the arches of the Crash Cage to the Hub and the Core indicated in green below and loosen the screws indicated in red. Replace the arches and secure with the Al nuts. X

25 X-configuration and Standard Landing Gear For X-configuration place your Boom Battery Mount as shown in the picture below, aligning the holes pointed out. 5
