2 A word from the president: Welcome to Green Tree Country Club for the January 2013 meeting of the Permian Basin AADE Chapter. As always, we appreciate you taking time out of your schedule to attend this meeting. Your participation and attendance at chapter functions are very much appreciated, and a great way to network with industry professionals from all facets of the business. Our meeting to start the year, as is our custom, is our annual Operator s Forum, where we ask companies operating in the Permian Basin to share their plans and budgets for the coming year. This has proven to be a very popular and very beneficial meeting for many people in the service sector, and typically our largest attendance of the year. The Christmas Social that was held on December 6 th, at La Bodega, was a huge success. With our growing membership, it is apparent that we may have outgrown our venues as well.
