8 Maximize Your Confidence: Being Bolder in the Face of Big Challenges Presenter: Leslie Beale, Executive & Developmental Coach Founder, Profusion Strategies Tuesday, January 8, :00 PM EST / 12:00 PM PST Ever wondered why some people struggle with insecurity when others seem so self-assured? In this presentation, you ll uncover the secrets of confidence and learn practical strategies for maximizing this key characteristic in your own life and career. Attendees will learn the sources of confidence, what common stumbling blocks we all face in becoming and staying confident, and practical methods to enhance their confidence. Before becoming an executive and developmental coach, Leslie Beale spent fifteen years as a lawyer and executive in a variety of settings including publicly traded companies, large national law firms, and high growth start-ups. In addition to her private coaching, Ms. Beale also serves as a leadership development coach for the University of Tennessee s Executive MBA programs, and is a frequent speaker on such topics as building a success mindset, designing and achieving a fulfilling career, and becoming a confident leader. Her clients learn to resolve the stumbling blocks to their success, identify their key priorities, and develop strategies to help them achieve their most important goals- all while finding the sense of wellbeing they long for. Ms. Beale is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Tennessee College Scholars program, and the University of Tennessee College of Law. She is trained in the Presence-Based Coaching method and is pursuing an Associate Certified Coach designation with the International Coach Federation. 8 Page
