This addendum includes Item Number 1-1 thru This addendum item shall be fully incorporated into the Bidding/Contract Documents and have the same force and effect as though originally included. The Bidder shall acknowledge receipt of this ddendum No. 1 on the Bid Proposal Form in the place provided. GENERL Item 1-1: Section dvertisement for Bids Refer to section 1.4. Pre-Bid meeting. ttached are copies of the meeting sign in sheet for reference. The following items were discussed at the Pre-Bid meeting: a. The project does not include liquidated damages. b. The project is tax exempt. c. The City of shland has waiver the building permit fee. d. Construction documents have been submitted to the State Fire Marshal for review. CIVIL Item 1-2: Drawing C1.01 Site Utility Plan Refer to utility plan drawing. Change Bore Diameter to a 4 D.I. C900. Provide reducing fittings at either end to tie back into the 3 service. LNDSCPE Item 1-3: Drawing L2.01 Site Layout Plan RCHITECTURL dd the following note to the drawing: Contractor shall provide a temporary chain link or orange construction fence around the building construction area. Item 1-4: Drawing 1.01 Floor Plans, Reflected Ceiling Plans, Roof Plans, Room Finish Schedule, Signage Details Refer to the breezeway between the Concessions and Restroom areas. Revise door height of all doors from 7-2 to 7-0. Provide 4 header in lieu of stacked 2 headers at all door frames to match 7-4 rough opening height. Item 1-6: Section Cast-In-Place Concrete Refer to section 2.6,, 1, subject to compliance with the requirements of the section, add Viper Check II by Insulation Solutions, Inc. as an acceptable product. Item 1-7: Section luminum-framed Entrances and Storefronts Refer to section 2.4,, 2c. Revise Texture from Embossed to Smooth.
