The 400 series carrier accommodates most urinal, water-cooler or hanger plate lavatory on the market regardless of the brand. Header Coupling assure easy assembly and adjustment to various rough-in heights dictated by the fixture. Support studs with hardware eases attaching fixture manufacturer s hanger. Unique plate design with slots allows easy positioning and dimension adjustment. Heavy duty round steel pipe uprights. Welded feet firmly secure uprights to floor. (4) 5/8" Anchor holes in feet accommodate 1/2" anchors for a positive, permanent installation. How to Order: As the 400 series carrier accommodates nearly all hanger plate fixtures, no fixture number is required. 7 Lavatory Carrier Exclusive Features of Wade 520 Series concealed arm Lavatory Carrier Set screws in sleeves firmly secure the cast iron concealed arms. Capped leveling screws level the lavatory at four corners. Header couplings are vertically adjustable to accommodate various fixture rough-in heights. Pipe sleeves provide horizontal adjustment to arms to meet varying wall thickness. Cast iron arms provide adequate support for any lavatory specified and are completely pre-assembled with leveling screws and locking devices before shipping. Heavy duty round uprights. Welded feet firmly secure uprights to floor. Features: 1. With this modification, deflection is kept to a minimum, protecting the fixture as well as the finished wall. 2. Eliminates alternate steadying methods. 3. Cast iron adjustable header couplings for either exposed arm or concealed arm installation. 4. Hanger support plate bolts directly to uprights for a simple yet strong installation. 5. 24 Lavatory, Urinal & Fountain Carriers 400, 400-AM11 Universal hanger plate carrier with pipe uprights, welded base feet and support hardware. Installation: 1. Determine correct plate orientation from carrier rough-in sheet for the fixture to be used. Secure plate to header coupling and loosly secure with 3/8" bolts. 2. Slide plate(s) to correct position for desired height - Dimension "B" & "C". Tighten set screws. 3. Postion carrier at desired location and securely anchor welded base feet to floor construction. 4. Attach hardware (threaded rods) to plate(s) at the postions indicated on the carrier rough-in sheets. 5. After finished wall is complete, attach the hanger bracket (furnished with fixture) to the threaded rods with hex nuts and washers. 6. Install the rubber caps over the end of the leveling screws and gently slide the lavatory onto the arm assemblies. 8. From the underside, level the lavatory with the four leveling screws.
