JULY 2, 207 This Addendum No. ( Addendum ) as dated above modifies certain Bidding Documents issued by the El Dorado Irrigation District ( District ) in connection with the District s Carson Creek 2 Lift Station Project. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings provided in the Bidding Documents. There are no other amendments to the Bidding Documents other than expressly contained in this and any other Addenda issued by the District. The Bid Date, Opening Time, and Location are unchanged and remain as follows: Bid Date: July 25, 207 Bid Opening: 3:00 PM Local Time Bid Location: EID Main Offices 2890 Mosquito Road Placerville, CA Item : Attached is the sign-in sheet from the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting held on July 0, 207 (Attachment ). Item 2: The following pre-qualified contractors attended the mandatory Pre-Bid meeting on July 0, 207 and remain prequalified to bid on the project:. Auburn Constructors, Inc. 2. Clyde G. The Contractor shall obtain an Encroachment Permit from El Dorado County for the abandonment of the Business Park 3 Lift Station water lateral at the water main in Hillsdale Circle. Item 4: Section (Earthwork) Paragraph 3.0 C Surplus Material ADD new paragraph 5 as follows: 5. Contractor may dispose of excess soil material within the Carson Creek Unit 2 development as directed by Lennar. Contractor shall be solely responsible for all loading and hauling to the designated location. Item 5: Section (Reinforced Concrete Block Masonry) Paragraph.03 A.. ADD the following sentence to the end of the existing paragraph: The desire is to match the color and texture of the CMU blocks used at Lennar s existing Carson Creek Unit development located along Carson Crossing Drive. Item 6: Section 500 (Valves & Miscellaneous Components) Paragraph 2.0 B. REPLACE the first sentence in its entirety with the following new sentence: The plug valves shall be full port, rounded or rectangular. Item 7: Section 500 (Valves & Miscellaneous Components) Paragraph 2.0 K.. REPLACE the phrase Dezurik type with the phrase Dezurik PEF 00% Port. Item 8: Section 700 (General Requirements, Instrumentation).0 E. ADD Technical Systems Inc. and Tesco Control, Inc. as an approved integrator. Item 2: Drawing C202 REPLACE Note 3 in its entirety with the following new Note 3: "3. Remove the existing bollards, concrete pad and perimeter concrete curb prior to backfill. The concrete pad is at an elevation of approximately The top of existing concrete around the perimeter of the depression (bottom of curb) varies between an elevation of along the west side to an elevation of along the east side." Item 3: Drawing C202 REPLACE Note 6 in its entirety with the following new Note 6: "6. The existing water service to the lift station has been shut-off. There is no active water service at the Business Park 3 lift station. However the lateral to the lift station is still active. The Contractor shall abandon the lateral at the corporation stop at the water main in Hillsdale Circle. The Contractor shall obtain an encroachment permit from El Dorado County for this work and restore the street per County requirements." Item 4: Drawing S004, Detail S264 CHANGE the O.D. of the sleeves from "2.88 inches" to "2.375 inches" and the I.D. of the sleeves from "2.47 inches" to "2.067 inches".
