Acknowledge receipt on the Proposal Form. General 1. The Bid Date has been EXTENDED to Monday, April 23, 2:00 p.m. Bids are due at the Main Library in Jeffersonville located at: 211 East Court Avenue, Jeffersonville, Indiana. 2. A Pre-Bid Conference was held at Jeffersonville on April 9th. Agenda and attendance list attached. Specifications 1. Section Notice to Bidders: Change Bid Date to: April Section Summary of Work - Single Contract: Paragraph 1.08., Add the following: F. Demolition of existing Meeting room in Southeast corner of 1st floor shall not begin until construction of new South meeting room 121 is complete and ready for use by Owner. 3. Section Alternates Replace Alternate Numbers 2A, 2B, 2C, and 2D descriptions with the following: B. ALTERNATE NO. 2A (Pendant Lighting 1st & 2nd Floors): a. Remove existing lamps and ballasts from all EX-12 fixtures on first floor as shown on Drawing E-102. b. Remove existing lamps and ballasts from all EX-12 fixtures on second floor as shown on Drawing E-103. c. Complete LED retrofit of indicated EX-12 light fixtures on first and second floors per fixture schedule on Drawing E-101.

Complete LED retrofit of indicated light fixtures on first floor (except EX-12) per fixture schedule on Drawing E-101. D. ALTERNATE NO. 2C (2nd Floor Non-Pendant Lighting): a. Remove existing lamps and ballasts from indicated fixtures on second floor (except EX-12) as shown on Drawing E-103. b. Complete LED retrofit of indicated light fixtures on second floor (except EX-12) per fixture schedule on Drawing E-101. E. ALTERNATE NO. 2D (Basement Lighting): a. Remove existing lamps and ballasts from indicated fixtures in basement as shown on Drawing E-101. b. Complete LED retrofit of indicated light fixtures in basement per fixture schedule on Drawing E-101. Drawings 1. Cover Sheet: Add Drawing M Mechanical Schedules. 2. M Mechanical Schedules: Add Drawing M-201. Drawing was not included in original drawing set. Add the following note: Existing RTU s: Add APR Valve ( to all building RTU s. Sizing and installation per manufacturer s recommendations.

Change the second heading from Existing Light Fixtures to Alternate Light Fixtures. Add Fixture Type EX-26 as follows: Existing Circular Pendant: Existing fixture to remain. Remove and dispose of (4) 36W CFL lamps and replace with (4) lumen equivalent LED lamps. Contractor to remove existing ballast and re-wire fixture as required. 4. E First Floor Lighting Plan: Replace with the attached Drawing. Revisions have been clouded. 5. E Second Floor Lighting Plan: Ref.
