3 Installation on Standing Seam Roof Modular Assembly System 1 Roof fixation Fix aluminium rail to roof with standing seam roof clamps. 2 Rail Generally each row of PV modules is supported by two rails. 3 PV module fixation Fix PV modules to the rails by end clamps and middle clamps. Modular assembly design enables the mounting system to satisfy customers requirements. 02

4 Standing Seam Roof Mounting System 1 Roof fixation Use hex bolts and jam nuts to fix the standing seam clamp to the raised seam of adjacent mental sheets on roof. The desired quantity of clamps are determined by supporting strength per anchor point. Roof clamps are made of aluminium alloy or stainless steel to guarantee reliable fixation with no harm to roof structural integrity. A wide range of roof clamps are available for all roof types including KalZip, BEMO, Zambelli and Fischer Klip-Tec etc.. Special clamps can be designed to tailor customers requirements. 2 Rail Versolsolar aluminium rails are standard components for different types of mounting solutions. With optimized inner-structural design, rails have stronger strengths with lighter weight. Complying with load capacity requirement, Versolsolar has respective aluminium rails to be chosen. L40 aluminium is most widely used. With splice bar, rail can be prolonged. Rail fixation Use T-head bolt to fix clamp to rail. 03

5 Standing Seam Roof Mounting System 3 PV modules fixation Fix PV modules to the rails by end clamps and middle clamps. Middle clamps are used for fixation between modules. End clamps are used for fixation on the two edges of each PV array. A wide range of module clamps and bolts are available to adapt to different module thicknesses. T1 K1 Module clamps system T1 Insert T-nut into slot of the rail and move it to anchor position, then fasten the clamp.
