4 ii. Usage Manuel and Maintenance Instructions Landing doors designed for entrances and exits of cabin on the floor. These doors meets the criteria of EN / 50 standards. Usage Manuel 1) Always check whether the cabin is on the floor before entering. 2) When the door starts to close, do not try to open it by any means. 3) Carry out maintenance according to rules and standards. 4) Only the qualified staff should make the installation. 5) Keep this manual as long as life cycle. 6) Prevent the children younger than 12 years old to use lift by oneself. 7) Obey the written instructions of the installation or Maintenance Company when stuck between floors. 8) In the pit shall be a ladder or permanent device to unlock landing door lock safely within 1,8m and 0,8m horizontally distance. (EN ) 9) To prevent possible damages when handling use forklifts. 10) Do not try to open the doors in different ways than instructed. 11) Be sure that the product is not damaged in transportation. 12) The manufacturer HKS HAS ASANSÖR A.Ş. will not hold any responsibility for possible damages arising from improper use of the product. Maintenance Instructions 1) Always clean the channels of the sill with grease and do not forget to dry it. 2) Do not step on any parts of the mechanism. 3) To prolong the life of hanger wheels, keep the top track clean. 4) Never apply grease to top tracks. 5) Periodically check the wheels and tracks to prevent vibrations and wear. 6) Periodically check the steel rope that gives move to panel if it has a sign of wear. 7) Only the authorized companies qualified staff should intervene to mechanism. 8) Be ensure that electrical contact does not activate unless the lock parts are locked 7mm. Introduction HKS HAS Elevator is proud for offering Modular Landing Door that you can easily adapt door side according to your project, which is faultless, which can easily assemble to our valuable customer. At the same time without welding process allows higher quality. The new design which is created with engineering and know-how is lighter but stronger than equivalents. In the next stages, it shows that you can easily adapt the door according to your project. This allows to fix the faults without spend more money and time. Note: While assembling a tool (rope) to align the guide rail, it is better to install a tool to align the landing door according to your project. You can assemble door frame in the shaft or outside of the shaft by following same procedure. 4

7 3. Installation 3.1 Assembly of Sill Assemble brackets approximately 40mm under the level of floor. Be ensure sill was mounted flat (check it with water gage). After this step assemble aluminum sill with fasteners as it described in figure 2. Figure 2 Figure 3 shows that the hole A and hole B. If the door is telescopic type you have to use A hole to install sill front part. If the door is central then you have to use hole B. The figure 3 shows telescopic door. Figure 3 6

9 Figure 7 Side parts are symmetrical parts. You can use them irrespective of direction of the doors. According to door side you can easily assemble side parts quickly and prevent the costs. These parts do not used on central opening doors. After finishing assembly process of door frame install it by using a tool (rope) to align dor frame. By using this tool you do not need to waste too much time for final adjustments. 8

10 Tool Figure 8 Tool Figure 9 The holes which are shown in figures are references for installations. If the distance between tool and holes are a few millimeters than the installation process will be done. Touching the tools will be decrease the accuracy. 9

11 3.3 Emergency Unlocking Detail Firstly insert the part number 5 through the hole which is on header (figure 10) then respectively assemble number 4, number 1 number 2 and number 3. These can be used up to 2,7m height of entrance. Where the emergency unlocking device height more than 0,2m it is regarded as a special tool and shall be at the site. (EN ) Figure 10 Figure 11 10
