Usig devices of exerimetal laig i coductig the scietific researches, adated methodologies, which were received by authors i their dissertatios regardig the decisio of similar roblems for cotiuous ad discrete mass roductios, there are offered variats of costructig corresodig algorithms for the automated aalysis of rhythm i a higher educatioal istitutio i coductig the educatioal rocess. Key words: automated system; rhythm; educatioal rocess; quality. Itroductio The rearatio of exerts with higher educatio i the CIS coutries i the last 5 years is still accomaied by a decreasig iterest i exact ad egieerig scieces ad by a icreasig demad for ecoomic ad legal secialties. The laed umber of studets i educatioal grous of oe secialty usually decreases, but for other secialties the umber of grous ad studets i a grou icrease, which leads to the ifrigemet of educatioal rocess rhythm, with all resultig cosequeces. First of all, it iflueces the quality of the educatioal rocess. Fidig variats of the automated rhythm aalysis of oe educatioal rocess or aother is the imortat ad actual roblem. Usig laig techiques for the exerimet, it is obviously ossible to calculate the geeral disersio of the rhythm factor. I the begiig, by meas 279

For a quatitative estimatio of the rhythm factor we use the techique reseted i [,2]. I establishig the mathematical deedece betwee a rhythm arameter ad the time we draw by aalogy the sequece of actios alied i [3]. The momets of oe-dimesio umbers of the distributio [4], the mixed momets aid off, factors of correlatio ad the correlatio attitude are calculated, i the ed, the factors ad direct regressio equatio, offered by P.L.Chebyshev [4] are defied. The received model ca be used as a basis for the costructio of the automated system of the aalysis of rhythm i coductig the educatioal rocess by rearatio of exerts with higher educatio i moder coditios. 2. The aalysis of rhythm of educatioal rocess Let's assume, that there are rhythmical ad sasmodic educatioal rocesses. Rhythmical rocesses are stable, the quatity of traied studets ad the quatity of let out exerts i uit of time В f basically corresods to the i-advace established la В р, i.e. В f = В р. The rhythm factor exressed by meas of formulas () ad (2) is equal to uit at rhythmical work of a educatioal istitutio ad less the oe i all other cases. Develomet-wise accordig to the reset article, there is a ecessity to cosider ossible fluctuatios of educatioal rocess which ca lower its quality cosiderably. It is ossible to cosider these fluctuatios as log as the corresodig algorithms i calculatig the rhythm factor will be icluded. However, the formulas resulted i [4] regardig the rhythm factor defiitio are ot so coveiet for their accout i corresodig algorithms because the iclusio i formulas () ad (2) ost value В f i defiig the rhythm factor which are ot always coveiet [3]. Positive results for calculatig the rhythm factor o the basis of arioristic data have bee received i [3] but have ot yet bee ublished, while as object of research there were data about roductio of the eterrise with discrete mass character of maufacture. Therefore we were required additioal researches for the ackowledgemet of a oortuity of use received i [3], ad for defiig the rhythm factor o the basis of arioristic data about a course of educatioal rocess i a higher educatioal istitutio. 28

I defiig the disersio of tred comoets it is coveiet to take advatage of the methods of disersive aalysis [4] which rereset methods of rocessig the exerimetal data, allowig the check u a hyothesis about resece of effect, iserted by the ivestigated factor, by allocatio ad comariso of two disersios: a disersio defied by effect of level chage i the ivestigated factor, ad a disersio describig distace, coected with a exerimetal mistake. Cosiderig that the laig ad the cotrol over a educatioal istitutio is coducted o results of each semester, academic year, o each release i a cut of each of educatioal grous, it would be logical to aalyse a share of the disersio at each stage i the geeral disersio by meas of the device of ste laig exerimet [4] about which we already made some remarks i the st sectio of this resetatio. 3. Coclusios Calculatig the rhythm factor by time i a educatioal istitutio o the basis of arioristic data, o quatity of traiees, o a cotiget of graduates, ad its use for costructig algorithms for the automated system of rhythm aalysis durig the rearatio of exerts, eables us to redict more accurately the behavior of a course of educatioal rocess durig the subsequet eriods of time, more recisely to cout a academic load of teachers, allowig the reducig of fiacial losses of a educatioal istitutio, as well as the quality icrease i the educatioal rocess as a whole.
