1 The Aston Martin Red Bull Racing Technology Partner Logo has been developed to help reinforce the partnership between the Aston Martin Red Bull Racing Formula 1 team and ExxonMobil. In 2018 versions are also available featuring lubricants and fuels brands as below and on subsequent pages: Use of this logo is the closest that we will be able to get to a team endorsement, but as with all material it has to be approved by the Aston Martin Red Bull Racing team in terms of usage/presentation. The Aston Martin Red Bull Racing Technology Partner logo can be considered for use on: ExxonMobil related packaging with a consumer interface ExxonMobil trade and consumer advertising ExxonMobil point of sale material ExxonMobil websites ExxonMobil merchandise for promotional activities Please send all usage requests through to Marketing Minds who will liaise with the team for endorsement on your behalf : nicola.tonna@marketingminds.co.uk. Versions have also been created for use with single colour reproduction. Other formats are available for applications where space limitations apply. These logos are not the intellectual property (IP) of ExxonMobil and therefore cannot be altered without the approval of the trademark owners, Aston Martin Red Bull Racing (AMRBR).
2 Styleguide This styleguide has been created to provide direction on how to use Aston Martin Red Bull Racing s intellectual property to ensure quality and consistency across all partner communications. Formats The Partnership logo is available in both portrait and landscape versions. The space available should determine which version should be applied. Sizing PRINT Landscape minimum size = 40mm wide Portrait minimum size = 22mm wide WEB Landscape minimum size = 113 pixels wide Portrait minimum size = 62 pixels wide The landscape logo should not be reduced to smaller than 11mm in height and the portrait logo no smaller than 22mm. Landscape Portrait Scaling To maintain brand recognition whilst satisfying layout aesthetics, please adhere to the scaling guide illustrated here when sizing the Partnership logo. 3 Styleguide Clear Space The Partnership logo should always be surrounded by at least the minimum area of space shown here. This safe area of isolation ensures that headlines, text or other visual elements do not encroach on the logo. The safe area is defined by the x measurement shown. A margin of clear space equivalent to x is drawn around the logo to create the invisible boundary of the area of isolation. Clear Space Application When applying the Partnership logo it is important to look for negative space where there is little detail and a solid dark or light surface. The safe area should be clear of any background image contrasts, other logos, text or graphic devices. Sizing Relativity For best practice, we suggest applying a relative size ratio of 40/60 to the Partnership and Partner logos respectively. Positioning Relativity The Partnership logo should always be placed in one of the four corners of the page. Where space permits, it is preferred to put the Partnership and Partner logo in opposite corners.
