A Wednesday course can be scheduled between 6:30 and 8:30, for example). *Please Note: The Studio (2D Painting and Drawing) is currently only available on Saturday mornings between 9:00 and 12:00. If so, please provide details regarding location, dates and times: Attachments Please include the following with your application: Resume or Vitae Course Supply List (please make it as specific as possible including links to online stores (preferably dickblick.com), item name and number, quantity, and total cost Participant Supplies: a list of any supplies or materials participants should bring Artist Compensation Artist Pay for all courses is $25.00 per hour plus a one-time stipend of $50.00 for setup and cleanup. AHHA Course Cancellation Policy Occasionally ahha Tulsa may find it necessary to cancel courses due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. Courses that do not have enough participants enrolled to cover the cost of the course (Instructor pay + supply costs) one week prior to the date of the scheduled workshop will be canceled. If cancellation occurs, registered participants will be contacted by ahha Tulsa staff and allowed to transfer to another class or be refunded the full tuition and any additional fees. Instructors will be notified via one week prior to class if cancellation occurs. Instructors will not receive payment for canceled courses.
