2 HARMONY THROUGH WATERCOLOR 2015, INDIA We are glad to announce our 1 International watercolor society India Biennale 2015 HARMONY THROUGH WATERCOLOR 2015 in e national capital of India, New rd Delhi at All India Fine Arts and Crafts society (AIFACS) from 3 to 8 December This event is organized by IWS INDIA in co-ordination wi e Watercolor society of India. The purpose of is International Artiic convention is to spread Harmony in e world rough e watercolor medium. Our aim is to encourage e artis around e world to get connected and to promote and popularize watercolor medium in every country. This Biennale will uplift e andards of is traditional medium rough discussions, seminars and demonrations by e maers. To spend more time togeer and to encourage friendly discussions we will also make you visit some of e Hiorical Monuments and bazaars of New Delhi.

The Biennale schedule is as follows: 1. Exhibition Date & Venue: rd The exhibition will art wi its opening ceremony on e 3 of December 2015 at All India Fine Arts and Crafts society (AIFACS), No.1, Rafi Marg, New Delhi, Delhi The exhibition programme will continue till e 8 of December including e various demonrations and discussions at e same venue. 2. Guidelines for Participation: a) For IWS Country Heads: The total number of artworks displayed will be 350 in number. The country heads will select e artworks of eir respective communities. The participation fee for e country heads is absolutely free. - The participation of your artiic community (Digital works) mu be submitted to us wiin e 15 Augu, by sending e applications form, filled by e country heads and e photographs of eir works mailed to us at e harmonyiws2015@gmail.com. The enteries mu include e NAME OF THE ARTIST wi SURNAME, TITLE OF THE PAINTING, SIZE and COUNTRY. The photograph mu not exceed 2MB in size. Each country head has to submit minimum 10 and maximum 20 be artworks each of different arti which each country head will select (one arti one work). Conditions for e Artworks: - Theme: unrericted and mu be done using watercolor technique. - Original Artworks not older an 2 years. - Size: not exceeding 22 X 30 inches (56 X 76 cm) - Please mention e details of e arti name, surname, title of e artwork, size, and your address at e back of your artwork. - Artworks should not be framed or mounted as ey will be framed by us. - The final date for submitting your original artworks by e country heads is 15 October 2015 and should be poed at : Anitoons The School of Art & Animation nd 32A, 2 floor, corner market, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi , INDIA. - Shipping of artworks will be done by each Artiic Community wi co at his own expense. rd The Schedule of e event ( from 3 to 6 December) : 3 rd December - Opening ceremony arting wi e Musical programme, speeches and Award ceremony. 4 December- 8 Demonrations by e maers and visit to connaught place (e commercial hub located in e heart of e city) 5 December- 8 Demonrations by e maers and visit to India Gate. 6 December - 4 Demonrations by e maers and closing ceremony in e evening. The Exhibition will be on till 8 December. Free Accommodations will be provided to all e participating country Heads along wi one Companion for 5 nights wi free Breakfa & Dinners. Awards & Certificates : Each Arti participating in e Exhibition will be awarded wi e Certificates. Top 20 Selected Artworks will be honored wi e Trophies out of which be 3 Artworks will be honored wi Gold, Silver & Bronze Medals.
