6 Accommodation and Transport. [All foreign Players must read this carefully ] All foreign players with more than 2400 ELO rating will be provided accommodation with three meals. Rooms will be given on twin sharing basis. [ This is only available for a limited number of players and we will serve first come first base.] Accommodation details will be published late. [ Rooms are limited] Please contact Mr. NuwanWimalasooriya Tournament Regulations. 1) Fide (International Chess Federation) rules and regulations shall apply. Results will be sent for FIDE rating calculations. 2) Five minutes before the game start, the Chief Arbiter shall make the announcement accordingly. If any player is not present within an hour after the game is started, he shall lose by default. 3) Players are not allowed to bring mobile phones or other electronic devices to the tournament hall, any violation shall result in loss of game. 4) Officials and players should be smartly attired at all the times while in the playing hall. 5) For the pairing, Swiss Manager program will be used. 6) In the event of a dispute the Chief Arbiter's decision is final. 7) Organizers reserve the right to refuse or decline late registrations. 8) All amounts in this prospectus have mentioned in Sri Lankan Rupees.
