QUILTING: This quilt was quilted on a domestic home sewing machine using traditional free motion quilting techniques. Superior Thread s King Tut Cottong Quilting thread was used for the quilting.

7 BACKING: Assemble a backing that is 8 inches wider and 8 inches longer than the top. BATTING: The batting used in the sample quilt is Quilter s DREAM GREEN batting. QUILT SANDWICH: The quilt sandwich was spray basted together using June Taylor Basting Spray. QUILTING: This quilt was quilted on a domestic home sewing machine using traditional free motion quilting techniques. Superior Thread s King Tut Cottong Quilting thread was used for the quilting. Feathers were stitched in the sashing and the piano key border. A meandering pattern was stitched in each string block. A spiral was stitched in each corner stone block.
