1 LEADERlines April 2014 Proud Mom Retires In 1989 Joe Catrambone, new Executive Director of the chamber and Nancy Sailer, office manager, both agreed the chamber should initiate a Leadership Program. Catrambone had such a program at the Titusville Chamber he ran and told Sailer she could be the Program Director. For twentyfive years, Martin County has opened their doors for tours and our local decision makers have shared their knowledge to future leaders going through the program. On May 1, class 24 will graduate and Mom will retire from the chamber and LEADERship after bringing 691 graduates thru the program to serve as leaders in our community. She tells everyone this has been a Dream Job and thanks her boss, the great staff, alumni and the local business people for the success of LEADERship. As a proud mom of all that her kids have accomplished, she will continue to volunteer with the LEADERship alumni and youth programs. After 33 years at the chamber Sailer will stay on until the new Program Director is hired.
