The results of that conversation resulted in the following meeting and content structure: September 18, 2018 SC Chair and Executive SC Orientation (new and incumbent): Trustee Updates and ASCA presenter Becky Kallal October 16, 2018 SC Chair and Trustee General Meeting: Board of Trustee Updates and a collaborative session of how SCs can work to develop Issues for Resolution for the ASCA April 2019 AGM November 27, 2018 Parent and Trustee Forum: World Café session on writing Issues for Resolution for possible submission to ASCA for April 2019 AGM January 22, 23 and 24, 2019 Parent and Trustee Forum: New K-4 Concept Based Curriculum March 19, 2019 Parent and Trustee Forum: Let s Talk Mental Health with Dr. Lynn Miller Attached is the parent and principal attendance at all Parent and Trustee meetings for the last three years. All Parent and Trustee meetings are optional attendance with the exception of the SC Chair and Trustee General Meeting where all SC Chairs and principals are required to attend. The totals in the attendance column refers to all attendees including trustees, senior administration and directors, however the break out of attendance in the attachment refers specifically to parents and principals.

2 Also attached is the Year at a Glance 2018/19 Parent and Trustee meeting dates and information that is posted on the district website for all parents to access. Possible proposed dates for Parent and Trustee Meetings for 2019/20: September 17, 2019 SC Chair and Executive Orientation October 29, 2019 SC Chair and Trustee General Meeting (YRE October 11-27, 2019) November 26, 27 and 28, Parent and Trustee Forum January 21, 22 and 23, 2020 Parent and Trustee Forum March 24, 2020 Parent and Trustee Forum (PT Interviews March 19 and 20, 2020) Recommendation: THAT the Board of Trustees provide input and direction on Parent and Trustee Meetings for the 2019/20 school year.
