1 2015 Spring Iowa NENA Iowa APCO Conference March 11th and 12th The Meadows Events and Conference Center Altoona, Iowa 1 Prairie Meadows Drive Altoona, Iowa Toll Free: Local: The Iowa Chapter of NENA and the Iowa Chapter of APCO are hosting a three day training event, March 11th and 12th in Des Moines at The Meadows Events and Conference Center, conveniently located just south of exit 142 of Interstate 80. This new location will allow us to accommodate even more vendors and attendees. We know this venue will make an excellent opportunity to present your products and services to the attendees of Iowa NENA and Iowa APCO.

2 The Iowa NENA and Iowa APCO Conference will be held at The Meadows Events and Conference Center, adjoining the Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino on the northeast side of the Des Moines metropolitan area. Conveniently located off exit 141 of I-80 in Altoona, The Meadows Events and Conference Center is a is a premier conference facility. Guest rooms will be available at the group rate of $55.00 per night (+tax). These room rates are only guaranteed until February 17, 2015 at 5:00pm. To make a guest room reservation, you must contact the hotel directly at Be sure to request the group block NENA/APCO to receive the group rate. Our conference would not be a success without you!! Attached is a sponsor sheet listing several different sponsorship opportunities for both days of the conference. If you would like to assist in sponsoring our events, please return the sponsorship sheet with associated payment. Make checks payable to Iowa NENA and return to Pam Freshwater at the address listed on the form by March 2, Please note that vendor space is limited and will be allotted on a first come-first serve basis. Vendors sponsoring breaks, lunches or the APCO Banquet will be given preferential choice of vendor table locations based upon the receipt of your vendor registration and funds. Vendors will be contacted the week of March 2rd to choose those spaces based upon receipt of vendor registration. Unfortunately we can not accept credit or debit cards. One complimentary vendor registration (includes meals and breaks) NENA/APCO Vendor Expo Wednesday, March 11, 2015, 5pm to 7pm Vendor Expo Sponsorship: $ At the conclusion of the Wednesday events, attendees will be encouraged to visit with vendors from 5pm until the begin of the APCO Banquet and Awards Ceremony! This will be a great time for attendees to visit with you without having to worry about the constraints of time and having to rush back to the presentations! We feel that at the conclusion of the presentations, many attendees will want to further discuss items until the beginning of the APCO Banquet and Awards Ceremony! Plus, this will be a great time to be exposed to those participants who have just arrived for the banquet. Sponsorship of the Vendor Expo will be used to provide hors d oeuvres and a cash bar during the Vendor Expo.
