1 What is 1320go Live Timing at Willowbank Raceway? In a nutshell, 1320go Live Timing is a system that collects all the run data from the timing computer in the track s tower and then displays it on the Internet in real time. You can find it at The run data is saved so you can view it at a later time on your track s/series History page. The Run Data that you will see: Racer s name Racer s class Racer s number Qualifying position (if applicable) Dial in (if applicable) Reaction time (if the run is an elimination run, the reaction time will not show until the race has been decided) 60 time 330 time 1/8 mile time 1/8 mile MPH 1000 time 1/4 mile time 1/4 mile MPH In addition you will also see Racer s Stats which include their Best Reaction Time, their Quickest Reaction Time, their Quickest E.T., and their Fastest MPH. If you look up a run on our History pages, you also see the Margin of Victory and the Package for each racer. You can look up any race from any track or series that uses 1320go Live Timing, but you will only have basic information. Most of the incrementals will not appear. 1320go Live Timing History Page With a Membership If you do have a Membership, you will see all the data. When you login as a Member, you will see the logo of the track or series you are looking at appear in the top right corner. This is how you know you are logged in. 4 The Pit Pal Program: Once you are a Member of 1320go Live Timing, you can download the Pit Pal program. The Pit Pal program gives your race data in three distinct formats. 5 Run Selection Screen To begin, you need to choose the runs you want to look at. Note all the choices you have at the top of the page. This is a powerful tool for ANY racer. First you need to select the track and dates then click ok. It will pop up a grey screen so you ll know that it s finding the data. 6 In the bottom green area in the select runs area we entered in select series Quaker State STREET BIKE and clicked the load new button. It pulled up 226 individual runs with all of the run data for the dates selected. If you want to change the dates that you want to look at, click on change dates to do just that. This is what you ll see: To narrow the data more, you can also select from a pull down menu of series at the track you ve chosen, a class, and a racer number. You can choose to load one class in the select class box with the drop down menu. Then, if you want to add another class to compare to, repeat your selection from the pull down menu and click load & add. You ll get all the runs during the dates selected for both classes. You can do the same thing with racer numbers. Put in the first racer number in the select number box. To add another racer number, put the second number in the select number box and click load & add.

They ll show in the Run Data screen like the one below. This is not a complete screen. To see everything that s available on the Run Data screen, look at the split screen shots on page 9. Multi Track Option If you have purchased the Multi Track Option, select the track you want, the dates you want and click ok. Then select the series, class, or number you want. Click load new. 8 Run Group Selection When you have a grouping that you want to save, go to the blue area run group selection, and click the save button in save runs as a group. It will save it to a file on your computer. When you want to see that group again, click on load in run group selection. The Run Data Screen Once you ve made your choices, you can click on the Run Data button. This is what the entire vertical screen of the Pit Pal Run Data screen looks like.

This includes the Track, the Date, the Series Name, the Racer Name, the Racer Number, and the Class.

It s much like your time slip. Note all the options you have for sorting and viewing. The screen shot is cut in half so you can see all the data that s available. This includes the Track, the Date, the Series Name, the Racer Name, the Racer Number, and the Class. Then, you have a place for notes YES, you can type in your own notes in that space (you can also make it as large a space as you want). There is a column for the lane, dial, reaction time, 60 time, 330 time, 1/8 mi time, 1/8 mi speed, 1000 time, ¼ mi time, ¼ mi speed, win/loss, and margin of victory. Then you have columns for splits and the weather ambient temperature, barometric pressure, relative humidity, absolute density, relative density, effective altitude, tail wind, where the weather station is located and the run number. The Run Analysis Screen The power in this screen comes from the data that you ve chosen to display. You can choose to look at just your runs, just a competitor s runs, or a group of racer s runs.

And you can see the Ideal Run in the Left, Right, and Both Lanes! Then, you can also really look at the selected runs. How many Red Lights were there? How many Green Lights were there?

11 The Run Analysis Screen The power in this screen comes from the data that you ve chosen to display. You can choose to look at just your runs, just a competitor s runs, or a group of racer s runs. After you ve made your selection, you can see Best Runs in the Left, Right or Both Lanes. But better than that, you can see the average run in the Left, Right or Both Lanes. And you can see the Ideal Run in the Left, Right, and Both Lanes! Then, you can also really look at the selected runs. How many Red Lights were there? How many Green Lights were there? What were the averages of each in which lanes? What was the margin and package in each lane? Which lane should you REALLY be in? Then, wins!!! What worked? Which lane did it work best in? Which lane should you stay out of if you possibly can? And finally, the losses. No one wants to talk about those, but they are a big factor in a season. What happened? Were there a lot of breakouts? Are red lights killing you? This helps you take a good hard look at all of that in one spot and can pinpoint the issues you re having. Note that this is an analysis of all the runs you choose to show. Yours and/or your competitor s.
