1 Creating a League Template - Creating your own league templates. o To get in the menu you click on VIEW TEMPLATES like shown in picture 1 or in picture 2 Picture 1 Picture 2 - The window shows all the templates created by your operator ID along with all the public ones. Picture 3

2 Picture 3 - Double click or select one template in blue, then click on edit card and you can edit any of YOUR templates with the exception of the public ones (these can only been seen to check how they are written and used as is if you wish). If a template is in use, and you try to edit it, a warning window will pop up: template number is currently in use, do you want to change it anyway? Any change will apply immediately, and affect any league that is currently using the template. - If you only want to modify it slightly and not affect any current leagues you can copy the template and rename it. Then modify and make any changes you wish. - To create a new template click on the red exclamation mark (picture 4), this will open a new window (picture 5) Picture 4

3 Picture 5 - To create template you have to know the meaning of following abbreviations: - TpID: Each template has its own ID number; this is automatically assigned by the system once you save your template. - Name: The name of the template. - Owner: This tells you the creator of the template; it will automatically be the operator or administrator account that is logged in the API at that time. When the name is Public it means that any operator can use that template but they are not changeable. - Notes: You can write the description of the template here and is for reference in the API, so you know what template is what. You can be as detailed as you want. - Nº of MP: Number of main players on the team - Max subs: Maximum substitutes or alternate players o The total players per team can total 9 including subs and alternates. - Ngames: Number of games for one league night/day/week, this will have to be the same number as the number of games you will add later under the games list. - Best of: This function allows for creating the league as a best of 3 series of matches. You can choose between yes or no. If you choose yes you have create 3 equal games with im3 (stands for best of 3) marked in the games list window. o If choosing the Best of option the Ngames field will represent the number of sets played

4 Example: Ngames=3, 3 sets of the best of 3 will be played. So anywhere from 6-9games depending on the outcome of each set. o This is a popular option in German leagues. - Type: This is the type of competition for this template. o Liga League can be standard or online, that will be determined later when you create the actual league. o LVRT- Virtual league o TDKO (Tournament with Double Elimination.) or TSKO (Tournament with Single Elimination.) At this time tournaments are created in the main tournaments page. See Tournaments explanation sheet. Games, Rounds, Best Of can all be chosen during that setup. In the future you will have the ability to create your own templates for tournaments and determine player movements through the brackets. - Pwon: Points per overall match victory - Plost: Points per overall match lost - PpartW: Points per individual game won - PtieL: Points for the home team in case of a tie - Ptie V: Points for the visitor team in case of a tie o You can use PtieL and V for a tie breaker if your point structure has an even amount of points. You can give the tie breaker point(s) to the home team or visiting team - Adding the specific games - You now have to specify each game that will be played and in what order. To do that you click on Add Games and another window will open (picture 6). Picture 6 - In this window you have to apply following parameters: o Game number: This is the number of the game in this template. As you add games this will automatically be filled in.

5 o LocPlayer: (Home Team) - This will be 1 or 2 numbers to indicate which player of the team shoots first and second for the home team. The players are indicated with consecutive numbers starting at 1 (for example 4 players on the team will be 1-4, 2 player would be 1-2). For example in game 1 you want the order for the home team to be Player 1and 3: You would enter 13 in the box o VisPlayer: The same as LocPlayer but from the visiting team. - im3: This box is only used if you selected YES to a best of 3. If you chose YES you have to assign this feature to 3 consecutive games, (the first game will be 0, the second game 1 and the 3rd game 2) - Start: This indicates which team shoots first for that particular game; Loc = home team, Vis= visiting team - Game type: Type of game: x01, cricket etc. If you want this game for team play you must choose the corresponding Team game. For example if you want Team 501 you must select Team 501 and not would just be singles. If you try and select a singles play game and try to enter more than one player in the Loc and Vis Player boxes the system will give you an error. - Once you have your first game set press the save button. - Continue the same process for the rest of the games that will be played in this template. - You can have as many different types of games played as you choose and in any order. o Note: The number of games you add to the list here must match the number you placed in the Ngames field - After you have added the list of games you can now set the configuration and features of those games - Click on Add Setup, another new window will popup (picture 7): Picture 7

6 - The setups of the games are the same options as the Ranking setup. - You will have one setup for each type of game you added on the left side. o For example: If all games are cricket you will only need one setup for cricket. If you are playing cricket and 501 you will have to add a setup for both. - Game: Choose one of the game types you added on the left - Max Rounds: Round limit you want this game to be o With this feature you can set different round limits for leagues other than what you have set each machine for. - Rating: Check mark this box if you want to use handicapping. Leave it unchecked for straight up play. - Bull 25/50: In X01 games this option will be selectable. For 50/50 bull leave it unchecked. - X01: When an X01 game is selected these options will be available o Start: Select how they will open the game (Open, Double, Master) o Out: Select how they will finish the game (Open, Double, Master) o Last Chance: Select this check mark if you would like to allow all the players to throw the same amount of darts. For Example: Player 1 takes the game out in Round 10 with his second dart. He will still be awarded the win but the system will allow play to continue and the rest of the players will all get to throw their 2 darts in Rd Cricket: When an X01 game is selected these options will be available o Cut-throat: Check if you want cut throat cricket o Diff 200: Check if you want the max points difference to only be 200 o Close Team: In a cricket game with all 4 players on a separate score you can check this box to require that both players on team have to close before they can win the game. o Mode: Basic, Lowball, Wildcard, No Score, Crazy, Master You can select a different style of cricket Note API version these are not fixed yet. - Once you have your setup selected press the Save Config button - If you have multiple types of games add the rest of the setups now - When all of your data has been adjusted in the template-card the way you would like it press the OK button to save it. Your template will now show up on the list and the system will have given it an ID number. - You can go back and edit a template after its been saved by highlighting it in blue and pressing the edit button in the toolbar, or right click on the template and click edit record.
