4 PRELIMINARY DRAWING Envisioning the design Do you have a general idea of what you would like your laundry facility to look like? Your local distributor is available to help you get all of your ideas down on paper and fill in the details. Together, you'll go over room dimensions, window and door locations, accessory options, incoming utility line locations, and equipment mix. The quick sketch and rough notes produced during this initial meeting can be turned into a professional and polished Preliminary Drawing that allows you to envision the final outcome. 5 UTILITY SCHEDULE Planning for the future Once your mix of equipment has been determined, it is recommended a Utility Schedule be created. This powerful tool allows you to see at a glance the requirements needed for electrical, drain, gas, exhaust/venting, water and more. It will be extremely useful when discussing installation with your general contractor. Allow us to help you preplan your equipment installation more efficiently. 8 TECHNICAL DRAWING Details make the difference Details make the difference, and our Technical Drawing will assist any architect, engineer or design/built professional in preparing permits and drawings quickly and accurately. Our technical drawings will provide detialed information straight from the equipment installation manuals and applied directly to your laundry facility to give you a clear definition of what is required. Technical drawings can be provided for any project after a prelminiary drawing has been designed and approved for completion. These drawings will always be provided to you in. PDF format, but are also available in.dwg and.dxf AutoCad formats. If you would like paper copies of the drawings, we will print out 24 inch x 36 inch (610mmx 914mm) sheets folded and mailed to whatever location you specify. Typical technical drawings come in 3 to 4 pages per set. These images, completely customizable, showcase your laundry facility in a whole new light. The photo realistic rendering package takes the 3D view of your laundry to the next level by providing realistic, detailed images of how your laundry facility can look. Customize such features as flooring, furniture, color schemes, and accessories to help envision your completed laundry facility. Your photo realistic renderings will be provided in a portfolio style.pdf format but can also be provided in.jpg and.png file formats as well. The number of images provided will be dependent on the size and flow of the space of your laundry facility. Photo realistic renderings can be provided for any project after a preliminary drawing has been designed and approved for completion. When requesting renderings, please allow for 3-5 business days from approval for completion of rendering set. 11
