2 What is smart card A plastic card with a built-in microprocessor, used typically for electronic processes such as financial transactions and personal identification.

3 Introduction to RFD Smart Card For the convenience of members, Rambagh Golf Club has introduced SMART RFD CARD for every member and for their family w.e.f July 01, There are certain Features, Do s & Don ts to use these RFD cards. It is expected from every member to understand the same and for any assistance they please contact RGC office: -

4 FEATURES The smart card is member s Identity card cum Financial Transaction statement, which should be carried at all times in the club. This card should be presented for transaction within the club/course or whenever as required. The Member s card will be the primary card in terms of prepaid and credit. The Dependents below 21 years, their cards access will not be allowed in Bar. This is strictly prohibited. This card shall be used as Prepaid Card or a Credit Card as per the convenience of the member. All transactions done on card is safe and will transmit a SMS to your registered mobile number to prevent misuse, after each transaction. As a safety feature this lost card shall be blocked once the loss or theft is reported to the RGC office. Use of other member s card is strictly prohibited and shall result indisciplinary action.

5 Do S Member shall strictly access their respective cards at the reception when they are using the Golf course or Club facilities. Member s enrolled to Gym, SPA, Swimming Pool or any other facility need to have the card for the entry in designated area. Cash transactions are accepted only when the member presents his card at the time of final payment. The credit facility on the Primary card will be decided as per the Executive committee time to time and will be shared on the secondary cards associate with the primary card. The Card shall strictly be used for final billing and member should collect their final bill and card from the respective staff. Member has to make sure that the final payment of the bill has to be settled same day so no dispute arises in following days. The payment of the member should be settled the same day. Any delay or non-signing will block your card, which will be settled only next time you come to the club on penalty of Rs. 250/-.

6 In case of loss or forgotten card kindly contact the reception and immediately a temporary Prepaid Paid Card can will be issued for the club facility and transaction with the refundable security amount of Rs. 150/-. Any loss/ damage to the Members card shall be reported to the club office immediately and must get their respective card blocked to prevent misuse. In case of loss & damage, reprint of the card will take place and temporary card will be issued by the club office to the member until reprinted card is issued. New Reprint Card cost will be Rs %GST. The card will be used strictly by the member to whom it has been issued. The mode to recharge the card shall be by cash/ cheque /credit card or debit card & while recharging card should be presented at the cash counter.

7 Don ts No Cash transaction without the member s card will be possible and shall not ask from staff to do so. Do not handover your card your guest for any purpose. Guest entry shall be noted at the reception by the member else the guest entry will be restricted.
