6 Tariff for Space / Booth Packages INR 70,000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand Only) per 9 Sq.mtr on shell scheme basis for Foreign Exhibitors. INR 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) per 9 Sq.mtr on shell scheme basis for Indian Exhibitors. Double Side Open Stall of Rs. 45,000/- Indian Exhibitors, Rs. 75,000/- Foreign Exhibitors. Island Stall 54 Sq. mtr Rs. 2,16,000/- for Indian Exhibitors and Rs. 3,78,000/- for foreign exhibitors. This is the rate after providing raw space discount of 10%. You can request official contractor to design your stalls at least 15 days in advance or you can contact contractor of your choice. 10% Loyalty Discount for all the Participants of Expodent 2017, Bengaluru. Up to the area booking last year. GST 18% as applicable & T.D.S to be deducted at 2% only (as per the central Govt. Rules for Contracts - Since we are providing packages of space and service)

7 Allocation of Space All Requests for space received at Expodent , Bengaluru will be considered according to time of receipt of accompanying deposits. Applications for booth space will be accepted without any time limitation based on space availability. Every effort will be made to offer Exhibitors their preferred location subject to availability. However the Organizing Core-Committee reserves the right to the final decision. Application / Contract for Space The completed application / contract for space should be sent to Expodent , Bengaluru and must be accompanied with 50% of payment. The receipt of the application and the deposit will be acknowledge. Payment Details for Exhibition Space : You may deposit 50% payment along with space booking form, balance 50% will be on or before 31st Aug If payment delayed after 31st Aug % penalty per week will be charged. RTGS/NEFT/IFSC : UTIB The Counterfoil of the deposit challan should be attached with the registration form. Exhibition Cum Sale Transactions Under GST : For Company who does not have registration in Karnataka You have to register as Casual Taxable person (CTP) which is compulsory. This registration you can do online from your place of business. Registration is not the responsibility of the organizers, it is totally your responsibility. All the information given below you have to abide by. All the Participants in an exhibition shall take registration in the state where the exhibition is held as a Casual Taxable person (CTP) Application for registration shall be made at least 5 days prior to commencement of exhibition. Security deposit of amount equivalent to estimated tax liability shall be given and the security deposit will be adjusted against tax liability. Registration is valid for 90 days. After obtaining the registration the CTP can transport the goods to exhibition venue by way of Tax invoice charging GST from his registered business place/factory. Every sale at the exhibition venue the CTP shall issue Tax invoice to customer and charge applicable GST The CTP has to file Monthly return as well as annual return for the registration obtained same time. After completion of exhibition any unsold stock can be taken back by raising invoice to his regular place of registered business place/ factory. 20th July Before 30th July th Aug 2018 Annual turnover limit of Rs. 20,00,000/- is not applicable to Casual taxable person. Request for Cancellation / Refund Cancellation of booked space should be made in writing to Expodent Bengaluru Not later than 25/08/ % of the paid amount will be refunded if cancelled with valid reason. However committee reserves right.
