5 EXHIBITION LAYOUT BOOTH RATE: Platinum Booth (PB) 6m by 6m Cost: SGD$11,800.00* Gold Booth (GB) 6m by 3m Cost: SGD$7,200.00* Silver Booth (SB) 3m by 3m Cost: SGD$3,600.00* *Prices are subjected to 7% GST charges and are strictly for booth rental only. 6 TERMS OF PAYMENT Booking of Booth shall be accompanied by a full 100% payment of the booth rate upon signing of contract. Any miscellaneous charges (e.g. rental of furniture, advertising space, etc) must be paid to the Organiser before 15 February Mode of payment: By Cash or Cheque made out to AVIVAR EXPO PTE LTD In the event of default in payment by the stipulated dates, the Organiser shall reserve the right to refuse participation and claim of all dues from the defaulting Exhibitor who shall not be entitled to any form of compensation. CANCELLATION / SUBLETTING OF BOOTH The Organiser shall not accept cancellation of Booth space by Exhibitors and no payment shall be refunded from the Organiser. The Organiser shall reserve the right to refuse participation, without any form of compensation to any Exhibitors who are found subletting their Booths. IMPORTANT REMARKS The Organiser reserves the right to change the venue, floor plan and duration if exceptional circumstances demand. In the event of a change of venue, floor plan and/or duration, the agreement of participation shall remain in force so long as the Exhibitors are informed at least one month before the changes. In the event of a change of venue and/or date or cancellation of the exhibition, the Exhibitors shall not be entitled for claim of compensation in connection with their bookings for participation. The Organiser reserves the right to reallocate the selected booth (of the same size) by providing two (02) weeks notice to the Exhibitor.
