1 Video Production and Photography Services IAAPA Attractions Expo 2018 We are delighted to announce that IAAPA has selected Captive8 Media as the exclusive and sole media production supplier for IAAPA Attractions Expo 2018 exhibitors, offering video and photography services during the event. Having worked at previous IAAPA Attraction Expos in Orlando with a large number of clients since 2015, with a 100% re-booking rate, we are very familiar with the industry, the market, and the event itself. Captive8 Media are media production providers at some of the biggest trade shows and events all over the world. Having worked with hundreds of exhibitors, we know the optimum way to raise your profile at IAAPA Attractions Expo 2018, to create captivating marketing content for use after the show, and in turn leverage your investment to provide a fantastic boost to the ROI of exhibiting at IAAPA Attractions Expo We have a range of packages to suit all requirements however big or small your business is, to provide high quality content. 2 Video Production We offer a range of packages, each will provide you with a high quality completed video for you to own and use, with unlimited usage rights. You will be allocated a filming time slot where your experienced producer will take care of every element. You will be made to feel as ease and relaxed - we know that you will be busy with the show, and potentially have not had experience of video production before; that s fine, we will walk you through the process. Trade Stand Video Feature - Silver Package $650 Early Bird Price $552 Our entry-level video package, with the same level of quality and care we provide with all projects. 30-minute filming session at your booth at IAAPA Attractions Expo 2018 Filming of your booth, your branding and one interview with a member of your team Professional production using the latest HD cameras, lighting and sound equipment Edited to a high standard complete with your company branding and call to action Average completed video duration between 2-5 minutes, but varies depending on your requirements Trade Stand Video Feature - Gold Package $850 Early Bird Price $722 The same as the Silver package, but with more filming time. This means we can include more than one interview, and provides time to film product demonstrations or a wide range of products. Plus some added extras! Same as Silver package except with a 1 Hour filming session at your IAAPA Attractions Expo 2018 booth A computer animation of your logo at the start and end to add a bit more "magic" to your video We will provide a.srt subtitle file which you would upload along with your video to all popular hosting services so that people can turn subtitles on and off Trade Stand Video Feature - Platinum Package $1250 Early Bird Price $1062 If you have other requirements such as coverage of a reception or press event, we can provide you with a total of 2 hours of coverage, giving you a lot more flexibility with what we can film. We would also allocate more time to the post production process due to the larger quantity of video footage. The edited video duration will still average 2-5 minutes. 3 Additional Services Computer Animated Logo for the start and end of video $80 Subtitles File (.srt) transcription to upload with your video: $80 On screen subtitles (shown permanently - you will also receive the non-subtitled video file) $95 Additional Editing/Post Production: $75 per hour (For example, creating shorter video files created from the full-length edit or alternative edits for different uses) Ownership and full usage of all raw video footage filmed $140 (To be made available online for download. NB This is raw footage, filmed by professionals on full HD equipment for editing by a professional editor. Not suitable for non-professional equipment of editing) Customized Services We can offer a more bespoke service, based on any other requirements. if you want to film a series of shorter videos for example, or wanted the footage only for you to edit internally. 4 Photography Our team of professional photographers will be on hand to capture your exhibition space, branding, products, events and staff throughout IAAPA Attractions Expo We will provide the perfect shots to be used online, in marketing collateral and to proving a lasting memory of your attendance at the show. Three Photos Exhibition Space $165 Early Bird Price $140 On a budget, but want professional shots and finished images of your booth? Our photographer will visit your booth to take photos in and around your exhibition space. Professionally shot by an industry professional 3 photos will be professionally edited and color corrected JPEG photo files to be uploaded and made available for download for your unlimited freeuse as required Photographer will visit to take the photos during an allocated 2 hour window Three Photos People $195 Early Bird Price $165 We will capture three fantastic photo of your staff members or exhibition team. The photographer will ensure that everyone looks great and is captured in the best way. As above You will be allocated a 15 minute window to ensure all of the appropriate staff members are present and prepared. Select the location for the photos at your exhibition space, or in the concourse with IAAPA Attractions Expo 2018 Branding (one only) Photos can be individuals or groups up to 8 people Ten photo Pack $250 Early Bird Price $212 Your photographer will provide a complete set of 10 photos capturing your attendance at the show. As above You will be allocated a 30 minute window for all photos to be taken To include exhibition space, staff, production, demonstrations etc One-Hour Photo Shoot $385 Early Bird Price $327 At an agreed time, your photographer will work with you to capture a wide selection of photos; press launch, production demonstration, a stand-party, or comprehensive coverage of your stand, branding, production, staff and visitors. Your own dedicated photographer for one hour Working to your brief, or general comprehensive exhibition space coverage You will be sent ALL photos captured (raw, unedited) online 10 x Professionally edited and optimised photos based on your selection

5 Half Day Photoshoot $1100 Early Bird Price $935 Our photographer will work with you capture photos of anything you require at the show. This can include shots of the building exterior, event branding, exhibition space, multiple locations, staff, products, demonstration etc All raw photos uploaded within 24 hours to be downloaded locally Individual selected photos can be edited and color $30 per image Additional Services Single Image edited and color corrected $35 10 Images edited and color corrected $225 Expedited (3 hour) onsite image delivery (unedited) on USB Drive $75 Customized Services We can offer a more bespoke service, based on any other requirements.
