3 Quick Questions - $36 Do you have a few quick questions? ½ hour phone consultation I do not need to see your QuickBooks file Time over ½ hour is fine and will be charged in 5 minute increments. For example, a 45 minute call is $54. Payment terms: Credit card only. Credit card information required at the beginning of the call. 3

4 One Time Projects $65/hr. Often people contact me and only need a certain project completed. Examples include: Catch up on bank reconciliations Reclassification of a large amount of transactions Clean up of financial statements for tax return preparation Any other QuickBooks project on a one time basis I must have a copy of your QuickBooks file Two hour minimum Estimates given upon request. Payment terms: to be discussed. 4

5 QuickBooks Doctor Service $247 What You Get: You will find out what is right and what is wrong in your QuickBooks file. This is a diagnostic service where I use about 130 standardized questions to examine your QB file. When I m done I prepare a 20+ page completely customized report. After that, we will have a meeting (phone or inperson), up to one hour long, to discuss the report. Why get this report: it gives you objective information about your QB file, no guessing as to what MIGHT be wrong. You can then take care of the issues yourself or I ll do it (using one of the other options here). Here s a sample report so you can see what you are getting. It s just a small sample: Here is what you get with this service: A 20+ page report in the form of a Word document One hour phone consultation with me to discuss the report Payment Terms: Credit card number required and charged same day. Paypal also accepted. Let me know ahead of time and I will send you a Paypal authorization. Paper checks are fine and we will discuss this if you wish to pay this way. 5

6 15% Discount Option - $387 The following services may be prepaid in seven hour increments: Bookkeeping QuickBooks Consultations QuickBooks Training For local clients or remote access clients. Travel client? See next page. 15% discount over standard hourly rate of $65. Prepayment required for discounted rate. Detailed receipt given, showing dates worked, time worked, and tasks performed. Payment Terms: 100% paid upfront. May be paid with credit card, check, or PayPal. 6

7 Intensive QuickBooks by the Day - $497/day plus travel expenses 25% discount off regular hourly rate of $65. Need a large amount of bookkeeping in a short amount of time? With Intensive QuickBooks by the Day I work at your place of business all day, from 9am until 7pm. I am a fast worker and can do A TON OF WORK in a short amount of time. You will be impressed at how much I can plow through so quickly. Guidelines: I travel to your place of business and work there for bookkeeping or QuickBooks training. You agree to have your computer, QuickBooks file, desk, chair, etc., in full working order, including printer setup BEFORE I arrive. For bookkeeping, you agree to have all bank, credit card, and any other information ready before I arrive. We will discuss this ahead of time. You agree to provide lunch and dinner. Take-out or pizza is awesome! I would prefer to take short meal breaks (20 minutes or so) on your premises rather leaving to dine out. If you are within driving distance, current IRS standard mileage rates apply. Airline travel is fine. There is a two day minimum for me to travel by air to you, plus travel & accomodation reimbursement. For bookkeeping, my goal will be to prepare a tax-ready balance sheet and P&L by the end of the engagement. If you have another objective, that s fine and let s discuss. Payment terms are ½ down, balance at end of last day. Can be paid with any of the payment methods shown on page 10. 7

8 Ongoing Monthly Bookkeeping, typically $125-$600 per month Do you like bookkeeping? Are you good at it? If not, let me take care of all or part of it on an ongoing basis. Today s technology gives you the freedom to shop for the best bookkeeper in the nation, not just the best one in your neighborhood. Outsource any of the following: Bank reconciliations and entries Credit card reconciliations and entries Vendor bills entered and paid Creation and sending of customer invoices Preparation of bank deposits General journal entries Working with your CPA or tax preparer for best financial reporting Any other regular service needed for your QuickBooks file. Fee can range from $125 - $600 per month, depending on the amount of work you wish to outsource. Fee remains fixed and constant from month to month so you can budget for it. Scope of work is clearly outlined and agreed to by both parties ahead of time. Payment Terms: Net 30. May be paid with credit card, check, or PayPal. 8
