1 Department 10: Apiary Judging will take place on Wednesday at 9:30 am Class # Division 1001: Apiary Points 1 Light Extracted Honey Dark Extracted Honey Light Comb Honey Dark Comb Honey Other, Hives, etc Department 11: Art Judging will take place on Wednesday at 9:30 am Must be original work and have been completed since the last fair. Senior Art should be on canvas and properly framed. Junior Art should be properly framed or mounted on heavy or sturdy backing. Entries must be ready to hang with a securely affixed wire hanger. No sawtooth hangers, tape, thread, or yarn. No oversized frames. Limited to two foot size. Each picture will be judged on its own merit. No coloring book entries will be accepted (Except for Clothesline Art). Best of Show Awards will be given in both Senior and Junior divisions. Entries should be posted on a cardstock or poster board measuring no more than 11" by 13". Entries must be turned into the extension office by noon on Friday July 14, Entries will be judged on creativity, originality, use of language, grammar, and adhesion to the theme. All entries must total no more than 500 words. Any entries more than one page should be stapled in the top right corner. Best of Show Awards will be given in both Senior and Junior divisions.
