1 DEPARTMENT 18 NEEDLECRAFT Chairperson: Cheryl McCombs ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE HANDWORK OF THE EXHIBITOR, COMPLETED WITHIN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS AND MUST NOT HAVE BEEN SHOWN PREVIOUSLY IN THE CLINTON COUNTY FAIR.
