All pie entries must have a homemade pastry crust and recipe must be attached. Pies with purchased shells will not be judged. All foods must be baked products (except candy) and must not require refrigeration (THIS INCLUDES CREAM CHEESE ICINGS THAT ARE NOT COOKED and MERINGUE PIES). 16. Only Gold Ribbon and Reserve Champion products will receive premium money in the bake show. It will be mandatory that all food items will be for sale to the public with the exception of the Grand Champion food items, which will be auctioned at the end of the Livestock Auction on Friday night.
