TO-220 The series is available in 7 fixed output voltage:5v,6v,8v,9v,12v,15v and 18V. The series provides internal current limiting, thermal shutdown protection and Safe-area operation compensation which make them virtually immune from output load, and the output current could up to 1A if adequate heat sinking provide The is available in TO-220, and DPAK (TO-252) packages..
