1 1.5A Adjustable Positive Voltage Regulator 1.5A Adustable Positive Voltage Regulator General Description The is adjustable 3-terminal positive voltage regulator capable of supplying in excess of 1.5A over a 1.25V to 37V output range. This is exceptionally easy to use and require only two external resistors to set the output voltage. Further, both line and load regulation are better than standard fixed regulators. The is available in standard SOT-223, D-PACK, TO-220 and D2-PACK packages.
