The amplifier offers a typical.4 db noise figure, db input and output return losses, 38. db gain, 19 dbm output P 1dB and 3 dbm OIP3 over the UHF, Cellular and GSM frequency bands from 5 MHz to MHz. It is most suitable for receivers, wireless data communications, and other measurement applications. RLAS5A is designed to meet the rugged standards of MIL-STD-2 and MIL- STD-883. RLAS5A is RoHS compliant. A connectorized version is also available.
