1 ADDENDUM NO. March 3, 202 Re: MCC Student Center Addition, Manchester, NH To: Bidders and Others to Whom Bidding Documents have been issued by the Architect and/or CM. All items in this Addendum shall supersede or clarify the Early Bid Package Documents dated , as originally issued. The cost of the Work of all trades affected by the changes in this Addendum shall be included in the Base Bid or Alternates, on the Bid Forms, as applicable. Failure to do so may subject the Bidder to disqualification. This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents. It supplements and/or modifies them as follows: Addendum Items: Item No.. Contract Drawing C- Remove notes from the hatched area of the existing security office that read: Portion of the building and slab to be demolished. Sections of the existing foundation wall to remain (coordinate with architectural plans). Add new note to read: Existing area foundation, slab, and roof to remain (coordinate with architectural plans). Item No.2. Contract Drawing C-3 Remove notes from the hatched area of the existing security office that read: Concrete patio placed over 4 of polystyrene insulation; over compacted earth where existing slab was removed.
