12 POLICIES & PROCEDURES OFFICE HOURS: Monday through Friday 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P. M. Central Standard time. LEAD TIME: Normal production time is four weeks. During peak periods, production time may take up to 5 weeks. Deliveries which are not on regular delivery routes, may require delayed scheduling until a truck is routed to that area. DELIVERY NOTIFICATION: Upon entry of your order you will receive by fax, or , an order confirmation. This confirmation will state a tentative ship date in the Ship Date section. Seven to ten days prior to shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation by fax or . This will list the specific week your order will arrive. Twenty-four hours prior to delivery, you will be contacted by the delivery driver. They will schedule a specific time of arrival for your order. ORDER PLACEMENT: All orders must be mailed, ed or faxed (telephone orders will not be processed). A layout drawing is helpful, however W. W. Wood Products Inc. does not check layout for accuracy. Detailed drawings of specialty cabinets are required for production. W. W. Wood Products Inc. will be responsible for items listed on order form only. WE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER Correct box abbreviation Layout Purchase order number PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER: The use of P.O. numbers, are required. A unique P.O. number must be used for each individual order. P.O. numbers must be 12 digits or less. Each order processed has an original confirmation number and it is the responsibility of our customers to review and verify each order. W.W. Wood Products Inc. will not be responsible for the duplication of orders. CHANGE OF ORDER: After orders are entered for production, confirmation will be faxed, or ed to customers. No Charge order changes or cancelations will be allowed for 24 hours from the time the original confirmation was faxed, or ed from our office. After the first 24 hours (24-48 hours from original confirmation), items that need to be changed or canceled must be canceled on the original order and placed on a new order. There will be a 35% charge for each item requiring a change or cancellation. No part, or parts of the canceled or changed cabinet will be shipped. Cancellations must be submitted in writing accompanied by signature of salesperson. All cabinets are custom cabinets, and manufactured by individual orders. No changes or cancellations will be made after the 48 hour waiting period. PRICING: All prices listed in catalog are list. All up charges are on list prices before multiplier is applied. A1

13 POLICIES & PROCEDURES GENERAL DELIVERY: General delivery will be via our truck. UPS: Available UPS items will have actual shipping charges added to the price of the order. OFFICE INFORMATION: All accounts must complete proper credit information before open account is granted. All accounts must complete a detailed location map to delivery location. All accounts must provide proper tax exemption forms before a tax exempt status may be achieved. INVOICING: All accounts must have an established line of credit and be in good standing to place order and receive merchandise. Standard terms are net 10 days. Invoices overdue in excess of 15 calender days will result in automatic termination of open account status. SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping on catalog items delivered on W. W. Wood Products Inc. trucks, or dedicated carriers will be shipped at pricing listed in catalog. SHIPPING: When delivery to retail outlet via our truck, dealer must provide a representative to sign for and receive order. Delivery is to tailgate only, and assistance is required unloading inside the truck due to weight. Any items signed for and accepted become the responsibility of the buyer. Any damaged or missing items must be noted at time of delivery. If trucks are not unloaded within a one hour window, a demurrage fee will be applied. GUARANTEE: W.W. Wood Products Inc, manufacturer of Davanti Closets, guarantees its cabinets to remain free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use, for a period of one year from date of purchase. Within the warranty period, W.W. Wood Products agrees to repair, FOB its factory, or furnish without charge FOB its material or workmanship within said period. All defective items must be returned to the factory before replacement or credit will be issued. This warranty does not cover products that have had normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, improper storage, improper installation, exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, cleaned improperly, or been changed or modified. In addition, variations in color and grain pattern are natural characteristics of wood and are not covered by this warranty. In no event shall this warranty cover the cost of installation, removal, or replacement, subsequent damage to other products used in conjunction with Davanti Closets. This warranty is non-transferable and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. W.W. Wood Products Inc. reserves the right to discontinue models and/or make changes in price, material, equipment and specifications at any time without written notice. A2

14 SPECIFICATIONS & CONSTRUCTION DETAILS HARDWARE: Decorative handles are 5/16 dia. 4 on center wire pulls. Handles are included on all applicable cabinetry. Handle finishes are Matte Black, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Chrome, & Satin Nickel (available without handles, must specify). Multiple hardware options (finishes/no handles) are not available on the same order, place on separate order forms. HINGES: Hettich concealed hinges are 110 & self closing. All doors and drawer fronts have 1/8 reveal on left & right, 1/2 reveal top & bottom, 1/4 reveal between top of door and bottom of drawer, and 1/4 reveal between drawer fronts on drawer stacks. DOORS: Metro slab doors are particle board, or MDF substrate. CABINET CONSTRUCTION: Cabinets are assembled using doweled construction. Side, top & bottom panels are 3/4 thick particle board. DRAWERS/GUIDES: All drawer sides are 1/2 particle board mounted with precision steel ball bearing full extension side mount guides. SHELVES: All shelves, unless otherwise specified are fully adjustable, full depth shelves. Adjustable shelves are constructed of 3/4 particleboard. INSTALLATION Davanti closet cabinets are not freestanding pieces of furniture. Follow industry standard practices for installing cabinet cases, including, but not limited to: secure fastening directly to wall studs or similar permanent structures through hanging rails inside of cabinet, using proper mounting hardware of adequate strength and length. For wood studs, we recommend #8 x 2 ½ low profile washer head cabinet screws or similar. For metal, brick or concrete installation, consult an installation professional to identify the proper fasteners. Failure to properly install cabinet cases could result in an unsafe tipping hazard or damage to cabinet and property. A3
