4 Two Door Upper Cabinet TOOLS REQUIRED Phillips Driver 1/4 Drive 10 mm Ratchet/Socket 10 mm Open End Wrench Tape Measure BEFORE YOU BEGIN: Thoroughly Clean the Assembly Area Remove Personal Items that Can Scratch the Cabinet Finish - Watches, Belts, Rings, etc. Open Cartons Carefully to Avoid Damaging Cabinet s Compare Carton Contents with List Count Use the Shipping Cartons for the Assembly Surface - Do Not Assemble on Concrete If Using a Cordless Drill for Assembly - Dial Drill Torque to a Low Setting STEP 1 STEP 2 Connect the two Rear s together using 4 Hex Bolts and Nuts - Securely Tighten Nuts Connect the Left Side to the Rear using 4 Metal s - Do Not Fully Tighten Rear 4 x Large Metal s 1 x Left Side SP Rear Left 4 x M6-10 Hex Head Bolts 4 x 6MM Hex Nuts 2 X Rear RP-3015 Page 4

5 Two Door Upper Cabinet STEP 3 Connect the Right Side to the Rear using 6 Metal s - Do Not Fully Tighten 4 x Large Metal s 1 x Right Side SP Right STEP 4 Connect the Top to the Rear using 4 Large Metal s. Connect the two Side s using 4 Hex Bolts and Nuts. - Do Not Fully Tighten 4 x Large Metal s 4 x M6-10 Hex Head Bolt 4 x 6MM Hex Nut 1 x Top TP-3014 Top Page 5

6 STEP 5 Two Door Upper Cabinet Connect the Bottom to the Rear with 4 Large Metal s. Connect the two Side s using 4 Hex Bolts and Nuts. - Do Not Fully Tighten 4 x Large Metal 4 x M6-10 Hex Bolt 4 x 6MM Hex Nut 1 x Bottom BP-3014 STEP 6 Square cabinet by making diagonal length A equal to diagonal length B. 7 Two Door Upper Cabinet STEP 7 Attach hinges to the Left and Right Door s using the 8 Hinge Metal s STEP 8 Attach Full Length Aluminum Pulls to the Left and Right Door s s Aluminum Pulls s 8 x Hinge Metal s 4 x Euro Hinge EH-01 1 x Left Door LD x Right Door RD-3015 Aluminum Pull 2 x Aluminum Pulls AP-30 6 x Pull Machine s 6 x Washers Page 7

8 Two Door Upper Cabinet STEP 9 Move cabinet into its final position. Fasten cabinet to wall STUDS and/or adjacent cabinets as required. STEP 10 Attach Left and Right Door s to the cabinet body using 8 Hinge Metal s. Adjust 6-way Euro Hinges to align door panels. Wall Mount 4 x Drywall s 4 x Fender Washers Adjacent Cabinet Mount 4 x M6-20 Hex Head Bolts 4 x 6MM Hex Nuts Left - Right Adjusting Place Shelf Clips at desired height - Install Shelf. In - Out Adjusting 8 x Hinge Metal s 4 x Shelf Clips CLIP 1 x Adj. Shelf ASH-3014 WARRANTY INFORMATION Up - Down Adjusting Slots ONLY USE A WATER BASED CLEANING SOLUTION TO WIPE DOWN CABINET SURFACES DO NOT USE SOLVENTS AS THEY MAY DAMAGE THE CABINET FINISH WARRANTY: Cabinets are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of the original purchase, with proof of purchase by the original purchaser. In the event we deem the product to be defective, Cabinet Vendor will be responsible for replacement of the defective part ONLY. No cost for labor or installation will be reimbursed. Damages due to shipping and handling, improper installation, abuses (intentional or accidental) or normal wear and tear are NOT covered by this warranty.
