2 d c a e f b. Transfer the individual parts (, and ) from the templates (page 5/7) to the plywood (see cutting plan on page 7) or fix the template with adhesive tape. Mark the drilling centres with the picker. Using a fretsaw or decupering saw, saw out the and grind the edges cleanly. Drill an approx. mm hole to saw out the cut-outs and thread the fretsaw blade through - tighten again and saw out the recess. Drillings ø + ø5mm according to the template. Cut the strips a, b, c, d, e and f according to the template as shown. Angle in the template and check. Drill holes in strip (a) according to template ø5mm. a d e f c b. The ledges a-f according to template (page9) glue together as shown. Make sure that the angles and, if necessary, carefully with the workshop file to fit. Allow the glue to dry well.. Place the frame as illustrated on the blockage plate. Glue on the wooden plate (). Pay attention that the strip (d) is flush with the straight line Edge (drilled side) of the plywood panel () is glued on. 4.
