Make sure that they are all square before fixing them to the floor using 3 x 50mm screws for each panel. (Take care to screw into the bearers underneath.) Place the roof sheet on top of the ba ens, posi oned as shown. The two 1352mm ba ens must have a 45mm offset at each end and the outer one of these should also be offset 15mm from the edge of the roof sheet. Use 5 x 30mm nails for each ba en. Turn the roof over and fix a Z bracket to each end of the shorter ba ens using a 25mm screw 8 Posi on each of the corner strips so that they are ght and cover up the joint between panels. ix using 3 x 30mm screws for each. Place each roof onto the building making sure that they are posi oned squarely and meet at the apex. ix in place using 30mm screws.

Measure and cut each Z strip to size using a pair of scissors. Take care 7 15 Unroll the felt into three equal lengths and posi on them on the building as shown and so there is at least a 50mm overhang on all sides. ix the felt in place using the felt tacks provided and in 150mm intervals. Make sure the tacks locate into the ba ens behind. Place the barge boards against the outside of the summer house making sure that they meet at the apex and fix using 2 x 40mm screws. Place the finial against the front and fix using 2 x 30mm nails. 17 Place the shaped ba en centrally above the entrance and fix in place using 3 x 50mm screws making sure you are screwing into the framework behind rom outside fix the Z strip to the bo om of the window using 3 x panel pins. Place the glazing on top of the z strip and fix the glazing strip to the panel using panel pins. ix the 1142mm strip at the bo om of the door entrance and flush with the framing using 4 x 30mm nails Place the 1650mm strip inside the entrance and against the framing. Place the glazing strips against the glazing at the bo om and sides fixing them to the framing using the panel pins. 12 Outside 21 Inside rom outside fix a glazing strip against the bo om of the glazing and the Z strip using 3 x panel pins D I X2 C B ix the hinges to the door, fixing the smaller part of the hinge, using 2 x 25mm screws. Posi on the doors inside the entrance and fix the hinge to the frame using 25mm screws. ix to door ix to door end rom outside posi on the bolt against horizontal bar on the door making sure that it will hold the doors closed in the locked posi on. ix this in place using 25mm screws. Place a turn bu on at the top and bo om of the le hand door and fix using the silver 30mm screws

The bo om strip should be 100mm from the floor and there should be a gap between them of 70mm. Both strips should overhang the door by 20mm. A rom inside posi on one of the bolts against the top strip you have previously fixed on the reverse of the door.
