2 1 Position the four panels so that they sit on top of the floor as shown making sure that the bottom board is overhanging the floor. Make sure that the panels are flush before fixing them to each other using 3 x 50mm screws. 3 O R A C Position the Corner Strips so that they are tight and cover up where the panels join. Fix each strip in place using 4 x 25mm screws. Place the 1728mm batten against the front and above the entrance. Fix this in place using 4 x 50mm screws. Make sure that the screws are positioned in line with the vertical framing on the reverse of the panel. 2 4 offset 28mm A K C Make sure the panels are tight and sat on the floor correctly before fixing each panel to the floor using 50mm screws. Make sure that the screws are in line with the floor bearers. Fix the two L brackets to each end of the 1728mm batten, offset by 28mm, using 2 x 25mm screws for each. (A) = 3 x 50mm screws () = 2 x 50mm screws ( C) = 3 x 50mm screws Place the batten so that it sits between the front and back panels. Make sure that it is tight before fixing the L bracket to the vertical batten using another 2 x 25mm screws for each end.

ISSUE From inside the building place the two 1650mm Strips (P) on both sides of the door entrance. Make sure that each strip sits tight and is flush with the framing on the inside. Position the strips (S) and (T) to frame the entrance and fix using 30mm nails. Make sure that each strip is flush with the framework and leaves a slight lip on the entrance side. Fix each roof section in place using 30mm screws. 3 x 30mm screws (short side) 2 x 30mm screws (long side) X Place the 446mm notched pieces (U) into the bottom of the window openings so that they are flush on all sides and fix each piece in place using 2 x 25mm screws. Position a 888mm piece of glazing into the window frame before securing a 888mm batten (L) to each side with 2 x 50mm screws. 4 11 9 Y Q From the outside place the remaining beading (Y) against the bottom front of the glazing and fix in place using 3 x panel pins for each. I Place the barge boards against the ends of the roof so that they meet at the apex and are flush on all sides. To secure each barge board in place use 3 x 30mm screws. Place the finial at the top so that it overlaps the two barge boards and secure the finial in place using 2 x25mm screws for each ATTENTION: W TAKE CARE WHEN TRIMMING THE ROOF FELT. H Eaves V Unroll the felt and place each section so that they overlap at the apex and overhang on the eaves by approximately 50mm. Fix the felt to the roof using felt nails spaced in 150mm intervals along the edges and the seam. Make sure that the felt nails are positioned so that they locate into the batten on the eaves. Cut and fold the corners securing with a single felt nail. Place the sheets in to the door so that each sheet sits on the rebated frame. Place each piece of beading on top of the sheets makings sure that everything is flush. Fix the beading in place using pins. (W) = 3 x Pins (V) = 2 x Pins

5 ISSUE Fix a turn button to the bottom of door end just below the door as shown. Make sure it is positioned so that it will hold the door closed Use a 30mm screw. (silver) E Fix the large barrel bolt across the top rail making sure that the bolt will hold the door closed in its locked position. Fix using the screws provided. Position two cranked hinges approximately 100mm from the top and bottom of the door frame. Fix the smaller part of the hinge to the door using 2 x 30mm screws Position the door into the door frame and make sure that the larger part of the hinge is sat tight against the framing before fixing each hinge with 3 x 30mm screws. The door should be positioned squarely and open outwards without obstruction. From the inside position the necked barrel bolt against top rail. Make sure that the bolt will close properly and hold the door securely. Fix in place using the screws provided.
