2 1 V 3 T Position the four panels so that they sit on top of the floor as shown making sure that the bottom board is overhanging the floor. Make sure that the panels are flush before fixing them to each other using 3 x 50mm screws. I U B H V E Place the sheets in to the door so that each sheet sits on the rebated frame. Place each piece of beading on top of the sheets makings sure that everything is flush. Fix the beading in place using Panel Pins. C (T) = 2 x Panel Pins (U) = 4 x Panel Pins (V) = 5 x Panel Pins 4 2 D B C Place the two floor against each other and fix them together using 3x50mm screws through the floor bearers. Make sure that both of the floor sections are level. Place on a solid level base. Make sure the panels are tight and sat on the floor correctly before fixing each panel to the floor using 50mm screws. Make sure that the screws are in line with the floor bearers. () = 2 x 50mm screws (B) = 3 x 50mm screws ( C) = 3 x 50mm screws

3 ISSUE M 7 Place the roof sheet on top of the three battens shown. The two 2400mm battens ISSUE 0114 should be flush on the ends and one of them should be offset from the edge 20mm. Fix the roof sheet to the batten using 10 x 30mm nails (spaced evenly). Position the 2294mm batten between these spaced as shown and offset on each end by 50mm. Fix using 9 x 30mm nails. (spaced evenly) 20mm offset F 473mm K 552mm 50mm offset Position the Corner Strips so that they are tight and cover up where the panels join. Fix each strip in place using 4 x 25mm screws. Place the 2294mm batten against the front and above the entrance. Fix this in place using 4 x 50mm screws. Make sure that the screws are positioned in line with the vertical framing on th reverse of the panel. N 6 (I) flush with top K 8 (II) Q O Nails spaced in roughly 300mm intervals Place the two 1667mm Strips on both sides of the door entrance. Make sure that each strip is tight and flush with the framing on the inside. Fix in place using 30mm nails. Turn the roof sections over and fix a Z bracket to each end of the middle batten using a 25mm screw for each. From inside the building position the three strips shown to frame the entrance. gain make sure that these are tight and flush with the entrance framing. Fix using 30mm nails. 4 9 11 G S W W X X Place the completed roof sections on to the building so that the short sides line up with the end panels and the long edge is in line with the apex. Fix each roof section in place using 3 x 30mm screws for each end and 2 x 30mm screws for the side. for the opposite side making sure that both sections meet at the apex. Place the 504mm notched pieces (S) into the bottom of the window openings so that they are flush on all sides and fix each piece in place using 2 x 25mm screws. Position a 1250mm piece of glazing into the window frame before adding the beading, starting with the bottom 500mm piece and secure the beading to the framing using panel pins. (V) = 6 x Panel Pins TTENTION: 10 TKE CRE WHEN TRIMMING THE ROOF FET. (W) = 4 x Panel Pins 12 J Eaves Y Unroll the felt and cut it into two equal lengths. Place each section so that they overlap at the apex and overhang on the eaves by approximately 50mm. Fix the felt to the roof using felt nails spaced in 150mm intervals along the edges and the seam. Make sure that the felt nails are positioned so that each locates into the batten on the eaves. From the outside place the remaining beading against the bottom front of the glazing and fix in place using 3 x panel pins for each. Cut and fold the corners securing with a single felt nail. Place the Barge Boards against the ends of the roof so that they meet at the apex and are flush on all sides. Fix each board in place using 3 x 35mm screws.

5 15 Position the two 747mm strips against the inside of the doors so that they overlap the gap equally. 70mm ISSUE E The bottom strip should be offset 80mm from the bottom of the door. P Top of door 20mm overhang 80mm Position two cranked hinges approximately 100mm from the top and bottom of the door frame. Fix the smaller part of the hinge to the door using 2 x 35mm screws. 14 The top strip should be in line with the top of the door and spaced roughly 70mm from the bottom strip. Fix each strip to the left hand door using 3 x 25mm screws 16 Position the doors in to the door frame and make sure that the larger part of the hinge is sat tight against the framing before fixing each hinge with 3 x 35mm screws. The doors should be positioned squarely and open outwards without obstruction. From the inside position a small barrel bolt against top and bottom of the left hand door. Make sure that the bolts will close properly and hold the door securely. Fix in place using the screws provided. Place and fix a turn button to the left hand door so that when it s in the locked position it holds the doors level. Use a 30mm screw. (silver) Forest Garden td. 6 8ft 6ft 8ft On the outside fix a turn button to the top and bottom of the left hand door again making sure that in the closed position they hold the doors level. Use a 30mm screw. (silver) Fix the large barrel bolt across the top rail making sure that the bolt will hold the door closed in its locked position.
