If you do not fulfill this obligation, you break the building law and will be liable for any consequence caused by this failure. ETA certificates are awarded for different anchors from different companies, but often they have practical limitations. Due to this, approvals are often not valid. The approvals of Powers anchors are extensive. For questions call our engineers at the Technical Support department of Powers: +31-(0) or send us an Checklist for constructive fastening: 1) Is it a safety relevant application (a failure of the attachment causes a risk of economic damage or danger to a human life e.g. ceilings). 2) Is it a permanent (not temporary) fixing? 3) Is it a fixture in concrete?
