2 Measure the height of the top of the spa siding. This is the suggested height for positioning the lower lattice panel. Mark the same distance from the bottom of a post. Lay out a Mid (large) Panel and an Upper (small) Panel with staples down. Line up the bottom of a Mid Panel with the mark and position an Upper Panel to the top of the post. Attach the Mid Panel to a post with two 2 screws. Be careful that the chuck of the drill does not grind against the lattice. 2

3 Attach Upper Panel to post with two 2 screws and attach both panels to the opposite post. Attach small corbels in the corners top and bottom with 2 screws, and attach corbels the same way at the other end of the wall. Now that the back wall is constructed, move it into place. You can lean it against the spa while you proceed to the next wall. 3

4 Build the next wall using only one post. This will be the side opposite the bar. Position the lattice panels the same as before, with the staples down. Which side the bar is to be placed on will determine the position of this post. Carrying the wall over to the others will take two people, with one holding the post and the other holding the loose ends of the lattice panels. Attach this wall to the back wall with two 2 screws in the Upper Panel and two in the Mid Panel. Attach corbels in the corner at which the two walls come together. 4

5 Make the same measurement as on the first wall and line up the top of the Mid Panel to it. Attach Mid Panel in this position and attach an Upper panel in the same place as on the other walls, staples down. Attach a corbel in the upper corner. 5

6 Carry the wall over to the gazebo like the previous wall. Attach the loose ends to the post of the back wall. Attach a small corbel at the top where the two walls meet. Lay out the four roof frame pieces, flat ends to beveled ends, pilot holes (on beveled ends) facing out. Attach each corner with two 3 screws. 6

7 Attach a rafter with a 3 screw while the other end is being held. Attach the other end to the crown. Attach the opposite rafter next so that the two will support each other. Move on to the other two rafters. For the last one you will probably need to lift the center up until all four come together. Each of the four roof panels comes in two pieces, which are numbered so that you can match them. 7

8 Set the roof panels in place with the staples up. The top of the lower piece fits into the groove in the upper piece. Connect each side of the panel with four 2 screws. Once the roof panels are in place, slide the roof on (that will require at least two people). The frame will slip over the posts. Attach the roof frame to each post. 8

9 Attach the 2x2 adapter blocks, one on each side of the Gazebo opening, with two 2½ screws. Attach a large corbel with two 2½ screws on each side of the gazebo opening also. To attach the bar, have one person (or two) hold it in place and center the ends of the bar on the posts, keeping the surface of the bar flush to the top of the Mid Panel. Insert a toenail screw (a 3 screw diagonally through the bar into the lattice) in each end of the bar. 9

10 Attack a bar (mid-sized) corbel under each end of the bar (up against the understructure block), using two 2½ screws for each. Make a pilot hole from behind the bar at each end, then insert 2 ½ screws into each. 10

11 To build stools, attach each leg pair with four 2 ½ screws. Attach each of the two braces with two 2½ screws at each end. To build wine rack, center the runners on the header and attach each with two 2½ screws. 11

12 Find the center of the Upper Panel on the bar side. We suggest making a small mark. Find the center of the wine rack. Make three pilot holes in the header and put 2½ screws in place Hold the wine rack centered on the 2x2 of the Upper Panel and insert the three screws. Attach towel hook in a place of customer s preference. The gazebo is now complete. 12
