3 Operation of the machine: The Elite model AFILAmaq MD CNC is our most innovative automatic circular saw blade sharpening machine designed for sharpening all tooth profiles in a single setup, including the flat-trapezoidal tooth. This compact machine is especially suitable for sharpening carbide tipped circular saw blades and allows for sharpening of all profiles of both the top and face of the teeth on circular saws blades from 4 to 25.5 in diameter. Automatic sharpening is possible thanks to the programming of a simple LCD panel that allows to adjust infinitely the sharpening speed to obtain the best quality / price ratio. Thanks to its 2 CNC axes, the programming of the high- low and the rotation of the wheel. In addition, it is possible to undercut the body of the saw to obtain a good chip removal. Its extreme ease of use makes it suitable for both the sharpening machine operator as well as sharpening in sawmills, lumber yards and others. Main advantages: - Automatic and precise carbide tipped circular saw sharpening - An efficient and fast top and face grinding thanks to its diamond grinding wheel All tooth profiles can be sharpened in a single setup: - Face grinding: straight or with angle - Top grinding: flat, alternate, trapezoidal and all its combinations - Back off: relieving of the steel body by means of a special CNB grinding wheel Its ease of use makes it suitable for both professionals and beginners. Its design enables a fault free, low maintenance operation. But even in case of failure, the machine is constructed so that the spare parts are very easy to get and the operator himself can change them with minimal knowledge and tools.
