1 IMPORTANT Please read these instructions carefully before assembling GL1042 Seville Pergola Gazebo Assembly Instructions WE RECOMMEND 2 PEOPLE TO ASSEMBLE THIS GAZEBO Please check if you have all the fittings listed below Please check if you have all the parts as listed. Note. The quantities below are the correct amount to complete the assembly. In some cases more fittings may be supplied than are required. Page 1

3 Assembly Instructions Step 1& 2 Connect the bottom foot plate (J) to the upright leg (A) & fit the cap (H) to the top. Insert 5pcs runners (E) into B2. Add all the decorative ends (G) to the top supporting frame. Step 3 Connect the top rail (C) as shown ensuring the rail is on the outside of the frame. Make sure the holes are facing the correct way to allow you to connect the next rail. Do not over tighten the screws until the gazebo has been completely erected. 4 Step 4 Add the remaining 2 roof support bars (B1) these have the runners included that will hold the canopy cover. Insert 1pc runner (E) between the two holes of "K" fixture on only one end of B1 as shown. Then put additional 4pcs runner "E" into B1. Insert K fixture to B1 two ends and make sure the screw holes are lined up. Then fix with screws. Step 5 Add the remaining 2 leg poles and complete the frame. Page 4

5 Step 6 Add the 3 roof supporting bars as shown. Step 7 & 8 Finally put the D1 & D2 round poles into the fabric canopy cover but make sure the D2 pole is in the front as the first pole. Attach fabric canopy by simply hooking onto the guides. To secure the pergola into the ground, push the stakes through the footplate holes into the ground for fixation. Page 5

6 Safety and Care Advice Your Gazebo can be opened and closed as you wish, to keep the material looking fresh, we recommend spraying a waterproof/scotch guard spray on the top of the fabric canopy at least twice a year this will prevent the deterioration of the material. (Available from local hardware stores) The frame can be left outside all year round but we advise the fabric canopy is taken off during the winter months and stored in a cool dry place (do not store wet). This will prevent the canopy from ripping when it is applied again in the spring Tip: Periodically remove any access water that may catch in the canopy roof, this will prevent deterioration and will stop the canopy from sagging. *VERY IMPORTANT YOU MUST SECURE YOUR GAZEBO TO THE GROUND AS SOON AS IT IS BUILT FOR GRASS YOU CAN USE THE GROUND STAKES PROVIDED FOR HARD SURFACE FIXINGS BOLTS MUST BE USED Canopy roof material: Polyester FOR SPARES OR REPLACEMENT CANOPIES PLEASE CONTACT US, THANKS FOR PURCHASING THIS GAZEBO.
