3 KEEP ALL FLAME AND HEAT SOURCES AWAY FROM CANOPY FABRIC The canopy is made with flame-resistant fabric which meets CPAI-84 specifications. It is not fireproof. The canopy fabric will burn if left in continuous contact with flame source. The application of any foreign substance to the canopy fabric may render the flame-resistant properties ineffective Gazebo assembly Remove all components from the box and unwrap all packaging materials. Be careful not to use sharp objects to remove the packaging material as you may scratch the paint surface. Attach one side panel with two pins (C) between two posts (A), (The ends with round bracket touch the ground). Insert each side bracket on the side panel (C) into the corresponding holes on the post (A). Make sure the bracket on the side panel fit into the holes on the metal posts securely. See Fig 1a. Insert both pins through the side panels (C) and into the holes of post (A). See Fig 1b. Then pull the top crossbar (B) down until the brackets fit securely. See Fig 1c. Repeat same procedure for the adjacent side and the opposite two side panels (D). Then connected them with two top crossbars (B) per drawing. Attach the end of short canopy frame bar (F) to one long canopy frame bar (E) by inserting two M6x30L bolts (Qc), through both of the tip short canopy bar (F) and canopy frame bar (E), through two metal washers (Qd), and secure with two nuts (Qe) per drawing Fig 3 (make sure the bracket on the short canopy bar (F) should face inside). Repeat procedure for the other canopy bars assembly. Tighten the bolts and nuts with Allen wrench and hex wrench, cover with nut caps (Qo). Cover the canopy (G) onto the assembled top frame as per drawing Fig 4 (Make sure each top short canopy bar (F) should insert through the canopy hole completely), Fasten all velcros to the top crossbars.
4 4 Place the assembled canopy onto the assembled canopy frames and insert metal tip of each frame bar (F) into the bracket at each top of post securely. (the top crossbar should be between two canopy valance). Repeat procedure for the remaining frame bars and the top of legs connected. 5 Attach one of the glass shelf table top (J) to the side panel (D) (the side panel without brackets). Line up the holes (Recommending one person should hold the glass tabletop (J)), while the second person insert an M6X15L bolt (Qa), through the table rim (J), and into the side panel (D) for each hole, see Fig.6a. Attach one glass shelf support bar (K) to the post (A) and side tabletop rim (J) as per Fig.6b&6c. Line up the holes, insert an M6X25L bolt (Qb), through the side glass shelf rim (J), through the glass shelf support bar (K), through a metal washer (Qd), and secure with a nut (Qe), do not secure tighten. Insert an M6x15L bolt (Qa), through the bracket of the glass shelf support bar (K), and secure into the holes on the post (A) see Fig 6d, do not tighten. Attach left glass shelf table top (H) to the side panel and repeat procedure. Repeat procedure for the other glass shelf top (J) and right glass shelf top (I) connected. Attach the glass shelf center support bar (L) to the middle of the assembled glass shelf tabletop (H, I) per drawing. Insert an M6x25L bolt (Qb), through a metal washer (Qd), through one end of the glass shelf center support bar (L), through the glass shelf tabletop rims (H,I), and secure with a nut (Qe), do not tighten. Insert an M6x15L bolt (Qa), through the other end of the glass shelf center support bar (L), and into side panel (D). Then tighten all bolts and nuts by using Allen wrenches and hex wrenches for securing the glass tabletops (H,I,J),see Fig 7.
5 Insert the S hook (Qg) through the ring of the canopy frame center ring (D). (the S hook is used for hanging decoration items if necessary) Locate the plastic rings on the insect net panel hang the net onto the top crossbars (B). Secure the gazebo to the ground by inserting the lawn stakes (Qf) through the holes at the bottom of the panels (A) into the ground per drawing. STOOLS ASSEMBLY Lay the stool leg (N) per drawing, attach the stool crossbar (O) to the leg as shown by inserting a screw (Qh), through the bracket on the crossbar and into the leg (N) for each hole (note: the drainage holes on the crossbar need to face the ground after assembled). Do not tighten. Repeat procedure for the other 3 crossbars. Place another leg (N) on a soft flat surface and attach the assembled body onto this leg, repeat step 8 for screws assembly. Stand up the stool then tighten screws in a cross pattern method until all screws are securely tightened).
6 10 11 Place the sling seat upside down on a flat nonabrasive surface. Place the assembled legs & crossbars (N&O) onto the bottom of sling seat (P) with legs pointing up. Align holes of the sling seat with holes of the legs. Insert a bolt (Qi) (from inside to outside) through the leg and into the sling seat for each hole. Tighten all screws so the sling fabric is evenly taut. Turn the stool over. Repeat procedure for the other stool. Your gazebo and stools are now ready for use. Enjoy! CARE INSTRUCTIONS Wash with a mild solution of soap and water; rinse thoroughly. Dry completely. Do not use bleach or solvents.
