Connect to art B by placing art B between the metal flanges of art D, and align the holes of the flanges with the hole about halfway along art B as shown in (Diagram 2). lace a 16 mm washer onto art R (3 ½ double threaded bolt) and insert through metal flange of art D through part B, and the second metal flange of art D. lace another 16 mm washer on exposed end of bolt, and then an acorn nut. (Box 4) ighten with the two open ended wrenches. Box 4 art C tep 3: lace bottom end of art C over the swedge end of art B as shown in Box 5. Align holes of art B and C and insert art (2 ¾ bolt with 13 mm washer) through hole until bolt shows through opposite side of art C as shown in Box 6. lace second 13 mm washer onto end of bolt then the 13 mm lock nut. ighten securely using the open ended wrenches (arts AA) as in Box 7. 3 art B Box 5 Box 6 Box 7

tep 4: Find arts. Identify the ends with the crimp over the hole as shown in photo.

4 tep 5: Locate arts (3 ¾ Bolt with 13mm washer) and insert through one of arts.

Attach art I to back of art using the two ¾ hex head bolts (arts Y) into the threaded holes on art as shown in Box 20. ighten securely using the hex wrench (art Z). 9 Box 20

tep 10: Locate art H and place inside seat frame as shown in Box 21.

Next, lift the assembled chair frame and hook the Closed -hook on the top of the chair assembly through the

(Adjustments may need to be made when lacing so art H is centered in seat frame) Box 21 Box 22 Box tart Here 11 Box 24 tep 11: Locate the hreaded Connecting Link (art V). lace it through the eye hole of the eyebolt at the top of the assembled stand as shown in Box 24. Next, lift the assembled chair frame and hook the Closed -hook on the top of the chair assembly through the threaded connecting link as in Box 24. urn the threaded bolt on the connecting link so that the link is secured. 12 Box 25 tep 12: Locate art (chair cushion) and place over the black seat mesh (art H). ecure art to chair frame by tying the tie straps located around art to the chair frame as shown in photo Box 25.

tep 13: Locate the sunshade stem art L, and the 6 sunshade splines arts M.

Locate the sunshade canopy art Q, and place it on the ground so that the small pockets at each point of the canopy are facing up. lace the sunshade stem with inserted splines on top of the canopy as in Box 27. Insert the ends of each spline into the small sewn pocket at each corner of the canopy as shown in Box 28. Repeat with each spline until sunshade canopy is stretched onto each spline and the sunshade is complete. 13 Box 26 Box 27 Box tep 14: Unscrew the hand knob from the sunshade stem (art L). Insert the bottom of the sunshade stem into the sunshade holder located on the top of the assembled frame as shown in Box 29, and push down until the hole in the holder and in the stem match up. ecure the sunshade to the frame by screwing the hand knob into the aligned holes as shown in Box 30. Box 29 Box Box 31 Box 32 tep 15: his hanging lounger has two convenience accessories. art N is a removable hanging convenience pouch that can be hung from the chair frame by looping the straps over the chair frame and securing with the Velcro strap ends as in Box 31. art O is a drink holder. imply loop the drink holder strap over the chair armrest, and back through the strap so that it hangs from the armrest as in Box 32.

16 tep 16: lace the plastic protective caps (art U) over the heads and the nuts on the chair frame as shown in photo. CONGRAULAION! Your Hanging Lounger is now complete.

However, over time and use, scratches may develop on the metal surfaces. o avoid excessive rust, wipe these areas of moisture.
