Green Ground White White Black Line / Hot For ballast or LED driver replacement by a qualified electrician: Disconnect solid leads from ballast / driver, replace ballast / driver, and reconnect according to color designation on ballast / driver label. 3

4 041137c Replace chassis over back mounting plate. Align screw holes and re-install 4 screws. NOTE: Lutron recommends the use of # 8 mounting hardware. At the foot of the Sconce is an additional hole for a screw to fasten to the wall. Wall mounting hardware is not included due to the wide variety of wall materials. Customer should detemine the appropriate anchoring hardware for their specific needs. 4
